When Tu Xiaoheng arrived back at the Condo in the evening,Tu Xiaolong was asleep. He definitely knew there was something wrong with him so he went to check up on him.
"Xiaolong,are you sick?" Tu Xiaoheng asked worriedly shaking Tu Xiaolong gently.
"Mmh?"Tu Xiaolong mumbled sleepily.
"What's wrong?"
"I just felt tired and decided to take a nap,"Tu Xiaolong said and tossed in bed to face Tu Xiaoheng.
"I bought dinner. Let's eat it before it gets cold."
"Fine."
Tu Xiaolong was mostly quiet during dinner probably one of the side effects of being humiliated. He ate quickly and went back to sleep. The following morning when he woke up ,he had regained his usual daily mood. He was cheerful and chatting during breakfast.
"Heng-ge have some more eggs,"Tu Xiaolong said adding more eggs to Tu Xiaoheng's plate .
Tu Xiaoheng thanked him but still looked at him suspiciously. Even if he hadn't lived with Tu Xiaolong for long he could tell the extra concern Tu Xiaolong had towards him meant he wanted a favour.
"What favour do you need from me?"Tu Xiaoheng asked impatiently.
"I want you to teach me a few more video games like Celestial Duel and others."
As one progressed to a higher level of education obviously the workload would be greater. Tu Xiaoheng was in his third year so he was sure he would be busier than ever attending lectures and doing both individual and group assignments. He wouldn't have enough time to teach Tu Xiaolong how to play videogames. Even he himself was planning to take a break from playing videogames. Also his online girlfriend had settled in Beijing and so he would spend most of his free time with her. Despite that,Tu Xiaoheng promised to ask a sophomore friend of his to teach Tu Xiaoheng the videogames he wanted to learn how to play.
"What are you planning to do after this?"Tu Xiaolong asked after they were done with breakfast .
"I'm going to the R & R to meet that friend of mine."
"R&R?"
R &R(Respawn Retreat )was a video gaming café for rich kids. They charged a higher amount per hour but their internet was more reliable than in other cafes.
"Can I come with you?" Tu Xiaolong pleadingly asked.
"Sure."
Together they went to the Respawn Retreat. When they reached there,Tu Xiaoheng's friend Wenren Yu was still playing. He paused for minute to talk to them.
"Who is he?"Wenren Yu asked looking interested in Tu Xiaolong.
"He's my cousin Tu Xiaolong."
"Another Tu Xiao,"Wenren Yu chuckled in amusement,"Tu Xiaolong, I'm Wenren Yu."
"He wants you to teach him how to play Celestial Duel."
"Celestial Duel? I'm not good at teaching others. Why don't you teach him?"
"I'm a little busy."
"How much do you pay for an hour here?"
"Sixty Yuan."
"Sixty Yuan!"Tu Xiaolong was shocked. At Pixel Playground he only paid twenty Yuan per hour.
Even if Wenren Yu agreed to teach him he would only teach him at Respawn Retreat and he couldn't afford because he needed to be trained for hours. Tu Xiaolong was dispirited when they walked out of the cafe. He began thinking it was some bad luck he had because he had mistreated someone before.
"You must be disappointed right?"Tu Xiaoheng asked while they heading back.
"I never thought Beijing would be so cruel to me. I should have listened to my grandma and apply to Xi'an Jiao Tong University."
"Maybe this is your chance to see the bigger world."
"Maybe I should focus on my studies."
When they arrived outside their residence, Tu Xiaolong suddenly left like someone in a hurry to run an errand. He still had the Access Card Chen Duling gave him. Without thinking twice,he went to the Four Seasons Brigade Multi Studio but he suddenly hesitated and became nervous when he reached outside the door leading to game studio. He took a deep breath and composed himself and knocked at the door afterwards. He was glad that Chen Duling was the first person he met. She ushered him in with a gentle smile.
"Tu Xiaolong?"Jia Wei stood up in surprise rendering the other two to look up,"I thought you wouldn't dare to come here."
Tu Xiaolong ignored Jia Wei and went directly to Zhang Liying and stood beside her. Zhang Liying ignored him for a while but she turned to face him later.
" What a surprise!"Zhang Liying exclaimed sarcastically,"What can I do for you?"
"Please accept me as your disciple and teach video games,"Tu Xiaolong bowed deeply. He was ready to lose his dignity the moment he decided to approach Zhang Liying.
"Disciple ?"All the girls uttered in shock.
"Yes. I don't have money to pay you but when I earn some in the future I will pay you even with interest."
"I don't want your money."
"What do you want then?"
"If I say I want your body will you give it to me?"
"Huh?" Tu Xiaolong and the girls were astounded.
"What do you mean?"Tu Xiaolong asked cringing.
"Just like there are friends with benefits you will be a disciple with benefits. It's the same concept,"Zhang Liying explained calmly.
"Disciple with benefits? I'm a virgin I can't satisfy you."
Tu Xiaolong exposed his weakness to defend himself but to his utmost shock,Zhang Liying preferred virgins more than experienced ones. She liked teaching innocent virgin boys how it is done.
"Tell me are you willing or not?"
"Can you give me time to consider it?"Tu Xiaolong replied nervously scratching his head.
"You have one day to think about it."
"Fine,"Tu Xiaolong said,bowed and left.
"Zhang Liying oh Zhang Liying I thought you're a decent girl I didn't expect you to propose such a deal,"Jia Wei commented in disbelief.
"Do you guys think he will come back?"Ai Xia asked arousing both curiosity and interest in everyone.
