I let out a yawn as I stepped out of my evening classes, glad to be done with them for the day and immediately made a b-line for the Slifer Red Dormitory… I'd find someone to duel later for my daily quest.
A few days had passed since my duel with Akiza, and subsequently the day I obtained the Chatroom. I'd been dutifully signing in everyday and talking with the others. Some of the others- such as Lala and Erina- had expressed an interest in Duel Monsters.
I'd sent Lala one of my old decks and my old Duel Disk from when I was younger. Given she was a mechanic, I was sure she'd figure out how it worked in no time. I also grabbed two Duel Disks and two random decks and sent them to Erina- she'd already told us about Hisako, so I figured she'd play with her to pass the time.
Byleth was the one who spoke in the chatroom the least in the group- as expected given she was pretty stunted in terms of socialism. However, I made sure to keep her involved and politely asked her opinions on topics, and she was starting to become more open to all of us as a result.
Alexis often messaged me in private late into the night, and we'd talk about duelling strategies or other things like how much the game had changed, how cards were banned like Pot of Greed, Graceful Charity, and Monster Reborn due to just how powerful they were considered in the game.
Thalia was often in the chat group most of the time given she had nothing else to do, and we'd collectively worked together to flood her PMs with various videos, music, and images so that she wouldn't be bored during the times we were asleep and unavailable. I could tell she appreciated it.
Surprisingly, Uta was probably the one I got along most with in the group. We often had private chats where we spoke about music, and she inquired about Duel Monsters and if there were any songstress themed decks that she might find in the shop. I told her about the Melodious archetype, and I suspected she might be saving up to try playing.
She'd also, more than once, expressed an interest in coming to my world. She hadn't told me her entire backstory but did tell me that her father had left her behind on a ruined island and that she'd been practising her music ever since. Since she got along best with me, she wanted to come to my world and try her luck at being a Songstress here first.
I had checked how much it would cost in points to world hop… It seemed that the price varied depending on the world. For Uta, it was pretty pricey, however for Erina it was fairly cheap.
"Thinking about the girls?" Tez smirked in amusement. "My, are you planning on adding them to your harem?"
'I don't have a harem, Tez."
"You don't have a harem yet," he retorted. "Don't play coy with me, Yuno. I know you too well, as my chosen partner. A harem is so up your alley, and this chatroom is basically your ticket to one. At least, that's how you view it."
I just snorted… He wasn't wrong, but I wouldn't give him the satisfaction of telling him that, he would lord it over me for weeks!
"Why would Master want a harem when he has me?" Pandora complained with a pout, crossing her arms under her breasts. "Master, didn't I become stronger and grow this body just for you? Why do you need other girls?"
"I don't need a Yandere hanging around me, Pandora," I glanced at her. "Please remember that."
"Hmph!" She huffed and looked away.
I just smirked in silent amusement as I arrived at the Slifer Red Dorm, only to blink in surprise as I saw Akiza standing outside the dorm. Her eyes looked around, scanning for something, before they landed on me.
She pointed her finger at me. "Yuno Fuji," she spoke my name. "Duel me."
I raised an eye as the word 'Duel' was spoken, and a crowd quickly gathered around, and I heard people start talking.
"Woah, that Witch is actually challenging someone to a duel?"
"Wait, isn't that Yuno Fuji? Ever since he beat her a few days ago, he's been duelling every day and has been on a major winning streak lately."
"It looks like that damned witch wants some revenge against him."
"Who does this hussy thing she is?" Pandora huffed. "Just a mere signer, pay this girl no mind, Master."
'I'll be the one to decide if she's worth my time, Pandora,' I shot back, smiling in amusement. After all, this did save me the trouble of needing to find another opponent. Plus, I could finally hand over the Black Rose Moonlight Dragon I'd been holding onto.
"Alright, a duel sounds fun. However, what say we put some stakes on it?"
Her eyes narrowed. "Oh? What do you have in mind?"
"Nothing too outrageous," I told her. "Loser buys the winner lunch the next lunch break."
She tilted her head, considering, before she nodded. "Alright… I suppose that's fine."
I smirked and activated my Duel Disk, slipping my deck into place. "Well then, I'm ready when you are, Akiza."
She readied her own deck and nodded. "This time, I'll win."
"DUEL!"
Akiza LP: 4000
Yuno LP: 4000
"Since you went first last time, I'll take the first move this time," I told Akiza. "Draw," I pulled a card from my deck and then looked at my hand.
"I'll start my turn by summoning out Luxuria the Desired Sin, in Attack Position," from a black circle appeared a small goat with big curved horns and glowing pink eyes that had an almost sweet smile on its face, though it didn't hide how demonic the creature looked.

"Zero attack…?" Akiza looked confused.
"Luxuria won't be staying around long," I told her. "I activate the Spell Card, Sin of Slaughter!"
A glowing black hand emerged from the darkness and grabbed the goat, causing it to cry out as if surprised and struggle.
"What are you doing?" Akiza's eyes widened as she saw the shadow hand envelop my own monster.
"Sin of Slaughter is an ancient ritual once dedicated to the gods," I told Akiza. "In old times, the Aztecs and other civilizations would sacrifice people and animals to appease and give worship to their gods. That's all I'm doing here. With the Spell, Sin of Slaughter, I can destroy one face-up monster I control to Special Summon one "Sin" monster from my Deck!"
The goat let out a cry once more before it turned into bleating laughter as it was crushed by the hands, and the hands slowly opened up to reveal a new monster.
"I Special Summon Accidia the Lazy Sin in Defence Position!" I declared, a black snail having taken the place of Luxuria and relaxing on the field lazily.

"Luxuria's effect triggers as Chain Link one, and Accidia triggers as Chain Link 2," I told Akiza. "First, we resolve Accidia. Accidia allows me to add any 'Sin' or 'Pandora' Monster from my deck to my hand. The card I'm adding is Superbia the Glorious Sin," the card slotted out of my deck, and I revealed it to her before placing it into my hand.
"Next, Luxuria's effect activates," I told Akiza. "When Luxuria is destroyed, I can Special Summon a very Special monster from my Hand, Deck, or Graveyard!"
I smirked slightly as the area was filled with ominous black fog as a card slipped out of my deck.
Akiza and the others looked around in confusion.
"What is this?"
"Some kind of monster summon, like he said right?"
"But why is it so ominous…?"
"What are you doing? What is this?" Akiza's eyes narrowed at me.
I just lifted the card and revealed it to her. "O' twisted mage who studies the arcane arts! Unleash your evil powers on those who would dare stand in your way!"
A woman's giggle was heard as pair of blood red eyes was seen through the fog.
"Appear before us! Level 8! The one who stands as the greatest practitioner of the black arts! Pandora, Mistress of Black Magic!"
With a wave of her claws, Pandora's appearance was revealed to everyone. She looked like Dark Magician Girl, but with dark skin, silver hair, and crimson eyes. She wore a black armoured dress that went to her thighs with black tights, wearing a pair of wicked clawed gauntlets that looked incredibly menacing.

"No way! A monster with 2500 ATK!?"
"That thing is even stronger than Black Rose Dragon!"
"What a beautiful card! I wish I could have one of those!"
I chuckled in amusement as Pandora basked in the stares, giggling wickedly. "I set two cards face-down and end my turn."

Akiza took a breath. "My turn, draw!" She tugged a card from her deck. "I'll start my turn by summoning Lonefire Blossom!"
My eyes narrowed and I quickly got serious as the monster appeared on the field, revealing a small plant with a brown bulb as the head, looking like a bomb.

"That monster…" My eyes narrowed. I knew for a fact Akiza didn't play that card before… Which meant she really had adjusted her deck.
"Lonefire Blossom's effect," Akiza declared. "By Tributing this card, I can Special Summon a Plant Monster from anywhere in my Deck. I tribute Lonefire Blossom!"
A single blazing petal floated up and lit the fuse on Lonefire Blossom's head. As the fuse reached the middle, its head suddenly exploded, covering the field in smoke.
"And from my Deck I Special Summon Tytannial, Princess of Camellias!"
With those words a monster appeared from the smoke, with a lower body that was that of a large Camellia flower, roots buried into the ground, with the upper body of a woman, coated in leaves and a camellia crown, a confident smirk on her face.

"N- No way! I've never seen the Witch use this card before!"
"It's even more powerful than her Black Rose Dragon! There's no way that Yuno can win this duel now!"
"Damn it, that witch really did get better in such a short amount of time!"
"Battle," Akiza declared. "Tytannial attacks Pandora!"
Tytannial smirked as her roots rose up from the ground, surging towards Pandora!
"I activate my Trap Card," I declared, pressing a button on my Duel Disk. "Barrier of Sin!"
Suddenly, Accidia- who had a lazy and content expression ever since his summoning- jumped into the way of the roots, and became wrapped in them, crying out.
"What!?"
"Barrier of Sin is a Trap Card that allows me to redirect your attack towards one "Sin" monster I control," I told her. "Then, at the end of the battle, that monster is returned to my hand and cannot be summoned until after your next turn."
The Snail let out a cry before it turned into golden light that shot into the card on the Duel disk, which I picked up and placed back in my hand.
"… Impressive," Akiza murmured. The damage Tytannial had caused remained on the field, however I remained untouched by her powers. "I set two cards face-down and end my turn."
Akiza Hand: 4
Yuno Hand: 4
"Are you having fun?" I asked Akiza between turns.
"… Fun?" She asked, furrowing her brow.
"At the end of the day, this is meant to be a game, right?" I asked her. "Are you having fun?
"Fun…!? This game isn't fun at all!" She yelled at me. "All it does is bring pain and suffering to whoever plays it! How can I have fun when all I do is hurt people!?"
"I see…" I chuckled in amusement. "In that case… I welcome you to try and hurt me… I won't let you take even a single one of my life points… Let me show you just how fun this game can be!"
