A day before Cedric met Dain, a different story was unfolding on the opposite side. Rholas Solmarc, the Apostle of Vengeance, was sitting together with his companion and superior, Lucien Voreis.
Rholas looked at the unfolding battle using his binoculars. He watched one of the preliminary rounds, which the archbishop refused to waste his time on. As he watched the round, Rholas placed down the device and turned toward the archbishop.
The two of them were sitting atop a balcony inside their mansion in Juniors Mountain. The mansion was built on a steep cliff of the mountain, looking over the rest of Juniors Mountain.
"You saw something that you like?" asked Lucien, the Archbishop, while reading a document that he had. "The main rounds will begin in four days."
