Arturo needed time to accept that he was a part of this now. Cedric could tell that the young man was not against killing an archbishop but against the feasibility of it. Nonetheless, Arturo decided to do his job and find them a weaponsmith.
"A weaponsmith for what?" asked Morrin after the young guide left the house. "I doubt a regular smith could create the weapon we need."
"Given the right materials, they just might," Cedric said with a smile as he took out two items from his dimensional ring and placed them on the table. "These two items are things I procured from the Ascension Forge."
"Is that… a Death Gemstone?" Morrin muttered as she picked the translucent black gemstone and examined it. "How did you even find such a thing?"
"An undead appeared inside the dungeon, and the church had yet to kill it. I managed to kill it with the help of someone and obtained this item," Cedric explained as he eyed the new sandwich that Ember was making.
