Azikan stared at the man before him, who received his death spear without being injured. Despite this monstrous achievement, he was rather dissatisfied with the results.
"I seem to have a few scratches here and there," Cedric said while looking at his body. "I still have a long way to temper this body."
[What kind of summoner has this absurd defense?] Azikan asked with confusion as he staggered backward, waving his cane again. Skeletons rose from the ground to attack Cedric, but his summoned monsters destroyed them with ease.
Shade turned into a blur of lightning as it destroyed the skeletons just by touching them. However, their undead bodies recovered just moments later, but the bones were getting fewer. Azikan was losing more mana just to let them recover.
[Am I… losing?] Azikan began realizing the unfavorable match he had against Cedric. His shadow was capable of disturbing his control over bones, and his skin was impenetrable.
