Morrin and Serina reached the hut before Cedric did. As soon as he walked inside, his grandfather began shouting at him for bringing all kinds of people over. Cedric shouted back because he had no other choice, and the situation escalated.
Serina was terrified of the commotion, and Morrin had to take her inside. Despite being brash and annoying, his grandfather still accepted the inhuman woman to take shelter in his hut. After all, they both agreed that there was no other place for them.
"I will look into this Drenn," his grandfather said while rubbing his chin. "I heard that he was an excellent mage from Eldoria, but I always found it weird that the retainer was an elf."
