He had given task to several squads composed of 4 psychic adept to be sent on each town or city around nearby Allied base installment. The adepts control an civilian who primarily become a leader to the protest, while the other mind control civilians is controlled to enact support the leader while it gives speech as a bait to encite civilians nearby to pour their anger and resentment towards the Allied occupiers on their motherland as they listen to the puppet's word. The civilians had took the bait from puppet leader of the protest, thus the followers begun to arm themselves with metal pipes and molotov cocktails for the upcoming riot that will happen around multiple Allied occupied territory.
When these people are blocked by the Allied personnel guarding a checkpoint to nearby several Allied base, protestors had started to throw their molotov cocktails at them. The guarding personnels have to retreat as they are not armed themselves to guard the area against a crowd of protestors and the few personnel sustained injuries, thus they are forced to retreat in the Allied base to seek medical attention on the med bay.
The Allied command center had to call reinforcement from the largest US installment inside of Moscow while they also face heavy protest outside the base. They had decided to sent a platoon of U.S Riot troopers, an amphibious infantry unit that is specialized on urban combat and crowd control. These units are equiped with M7 Peacekeeper shotgun equipped with kinetic rounds for non-lethal use, Ballistic shields, Ballistic helm, Concussion grenade that is effective for infantry open or garrison on a structured and also capable of slowing down enemy vehicles and lastly equipped with inch durable body armour withstanding countless of bullets.
The troopers are given orders to be sent in the nearest Euro base installation In Sovetsk via paratroop method. The units are informed that they will face a crowd of protestors that will come to their position in ETA 17 minutes that is equip with molotov cocktails and metal pipes but some are unarmed.
The paratroopers had now drop to their position to hold civilian aggression and to stop the riot. The captain had ordered few troopers to garrison nearby apartment to give high ground support to our friendly. The others had now on hold to their position waiting the coming of civilians.

The Riot Troopers had now formed standard skirmish line while the captain is in the back giving warning not to proceed to their protest. But the protestors doesnt agree and thus getting more angrier.

The protestors are yelling their anger but the next second the protestors had begun throwing their molotovs at the Riot troopers formation.
The Riot troopers experienced scorching heat but as they have learn to their training to remain to their formation, they won't easily broke through. The protestors had rush to their formation and begin hitting the troopers with metal pipes, the troopers are blocking their attacks while they felt the protestors anger every hit. The Riot troopers are holding their positions for further orders while these protestors rushing in for close quarters while throwing molotov, it did not take long until one of them got burned by the molotov but manage to neutralized the fire and one got injured in the face by a metal pipe but sustain minor injury thanks to their headgear.
"TROOPERS!! CONFIRMED THE USE OF CONCUSSION GRENADES AND KINETIC ROUNDS. SHOOT THEM DOWN!!!" The captain shouts to his men as they are given direct orders by the officials of any means to protect the US base.

The ammunition of their shotgun are non-lethal rounds but its powerful enough to incapacitate the targets.
While the Riot troopers on the ground incapacitate the protestors that is rushing towards them. Several troopers who are garrisoned for high ground support, had starting to throw C.Gs while shooting at the protestors, the other protestors manage to rush and hit the troopers with metal pipes but got shot that knocks the protestor down to the ground. a Riot trooper sustain heavy injury but continues to the mission, they hold their grounds as the others continue their protest while other troopers had now make an arrest to the other rioters for further questioning. The protestors trying to knock them down by charging towards at them, only met a Riot trooper who bull charges with a Ballistic shield at them that knocks them down while other trooper had arrest them. The tense situation becames moderate as the numbers of rioters decrease, the only people remains was the protestors who are not armed during the confrontation.
News had begun about the riots that occur on Sovetsk but news begun to informed that riots and protests are also happening throughout several Allied base in the region. The riots and protest had broked out in numerous location specially nearby the occupied territory of the Allied nations after several months. The Allied base on Leningrad, St. Petersburg and even the largest US base in Moscow had to deployed numerous Riot troopers around the installations in Soviet Russia while sending few troops on other minor allied base nearby because of mass protest.
The pressure had escalated further as an accident occur on a protest that an armed protestor equiped with a handgun, had begun firing towards the Riot troopers position. Only to be shot dead by an British sniper who are stationed inside of the Allied base. The news quickly spread out like a wildfire throughout world that Allied forces are now by criticized and blamed about the protest of the civilians that is still happening in every nearby Allied base to the unlawful arrest during the protest and even injuries as riot brokes out. The Allied nations representative had apologies to the incident and the ongoing massive protest inside Soviet union
The civilians around the world had a mix of reaction to the news as other had supported the Allied actions but also uneased due to global political pressure, while others are in the side of the protestors who wants their independence to the allies that spikes the rates of protest even more throughout the year. The news had caused civil unrest that the relationship of Allied Nations and Soviets are rapidly declining due to countless riot skirmishes.
After 5 years of countless destabilization efforts of the Psi corps by enciting civil unrest towards Allied forces in Soviet Russia, the committee of the Allied nations had decided to stop the occupation and to pull out in the region to reduce the pressure among the leadership. Thus the Soviet Russia is now free from occupiers, indeed that with Yuri's advise they will build their might once again.
