For males, the energy then needs to be directed and circulated around the abdomen, where their dantian is located, while for females, the circulation occurs around the chest, where their dantian is situated.
After thoroughly infusing their meridians with Qi, practitioners initiate the circulation of Qi to form a complete circle and integrate it into their bodies while maintaining a connection to their meridians. Once the Qi has been completely transformed into a perfect circle, their dantian is established. With an established dantian, one can commence the process of absorbing the natural spiritual Qi of the world and refining it to become their own. Each individual's dantian can only contain a limited amount of Qi, although those with exceptional abilities have specific designations for their dantian. For individuals with B Grade aptitude, their dantian is known as a Qi sea, while those with A Grade aptitude have a dantian referred to as a Spiritual Ocean.
As one progresses in cultivating their Dantian, the quality of Qi they can absorb becomes a crucial factor. Concerns about the scarcity of natural spiritual Qi are irrelevant until at least the Fourth stage of cultivation, known as the Celestial Stage. Higher talent levels are much more potent, not only because of their increased power, but also due to their rapid recovery speed. Additionally, the strictness of one's natural talent and aptitude plays a significant role in their ability to advance to the next stage. Reaching a new stage is often inhibited by a lack of talent and aptitude. Consequently, the vast differences in strength between stages are mainly due to the high talent levels of those at the higher stages. This substantial talent disparity sets the stage for the considerable gaps in strength between even neighboring realms.

One forms a Qi Domain as their dantian.
Able to store vast amounts of Qi.
