Walking on high alert and occasionally turning around to check for small details, Jing Hong heard something strange. As he then gazed down, faint levels of light illuminated a foot pressing a strange block of brick down.
Surprised, Jing Hong was taken aback, while Zuigao went on to his battle stance.
"Now what--" he was interrupted as a fire ignited around them and lighted up the long hallway of theirs. They were just normal torches in the end. Jing Hong stared at the end of the hallway....which was still dark and gloomy. Now they were walking down the hallway. It was composed of normal bricks, albeit very rusty and old in shape, along with some levels of plant root peeking in from the corners, but they also decayed after a long amount of time.
They walked across the hallway and reached the end, only to see an even bigger chamber inside. They could faintly see 4 Big pillars supporting the ceiling also made up of bricks. Walking down on a set of stairs, they kept their vigilance up. In this darkness, a hidden threat could be hidden and waiting to pounce on them as soon as it got the chance. The steps of their feet were producing a sound that resounded all around the chamber as an echo. In an instant, as the resound subsided, the ceiling ignited even more torches and on the pillar too, radiating the long chamber and for them to see it, but this time, the caol which was burning had a lustrous metallic shine to them. They looked polished with white stars shining on them as the light reflected on them. This strange type of caol was producing even more light and almost illuminated the entire chamber. Jing Hong and Zuigao set their gazes on a coffin near the end of the chamber in a straight direction of their own. Jing Hong had a pale face but still was firmly holding on to his sword. They both slowly walked, turning around to see if something had changed, but nothing had, and now they glared at the coffin.
The coffin was a large one with fine imprints on it. They opened it with difficulty and found a girl inside in hibernation. She was a beauty with long white hair, a robe with seas and waves drawn on it, smooth yet white skin, with a seductive body. Jing Hong's face became red, and he skipped a beat of his heart while this event just aroused Zuigao's suspension on how the hell this girl survived in this area, quite weird without even food and water.
She had a chain connected to his both wrists and was extended somewhere inside the massive coffin.
"Huh, how do we free her?"Jing Hong asked, "Got any ideas?".
"Yeah, try to pick up his arm and hold it above while I will cut the chain with a swift strike".Jing Hong blew the dust away and did what was told. With a swift strike, Zuigao cut off both of the chains connected to his wrists, but not the individual cuffs on her arm; they were still there. Zuigao picked up his leather casteral and poured the water on the girl's face. Jing Hong looked at him with a weird expression, but Zuigao said, "I thought it would work".A moment of silence later, the girl slowly opened her Jake blue eyes stared at them, and said with a confused tone, "Wh-Wh-who are you?".
Jing Hong replied, "We?...we are cultivating, mistakes for this cave to be an inheritance of sorts but found you instead."Then he politely explained the situation and introduced himself and Zuigao. The girl looked at her supposed saviors and asked, "You are truly cultivates, right?".They both nodded. The girl was relieved and then said, I have been in this prison for so long. I have forgotten so many things, my name is Wu Li, daughter of the 3rd rate clan Wu clan".But then Zuigao corrected her and said, "Wu clan is now a 4th rate clan"
"Ooh....."The girl was thinking, "I guess change occurred."
"I rebelled and betrayed the clan and then I was captured, put into this prison until my death.....I have been eating and hibernating...though the food does not rot down due to a magical herb."
Zuigao asked, "Does it still do it?"
"No, I ate my last meal,2 months ago"
Jing Hong then said, "I think we should go back; I am feeling weird. "They both nodded and began to walk away.

There were now shallow cuts on his right arm and shoulder but what he watched next was a horrible scene, He saw towering body with no head, a humanoid body and its body covered with a big ripped rope, its two long and thin arms, ending with different sorts of claws, his right hand was like a eagle's talon while it's left arm had a humanoid hand but it still had long very long straight non curved sword like claws.
It was a 1-at stage High-level beast, "Cursed Human.".....
