Chapter one: Shocking surprise
[LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA]
[SO-ANNE ESTATE]
Angel's sleep was disturbed by a phone call at 7:58am
"Arrgh, who could be calling at this ungodly hour"
She muttered and stretched out her arm to grab her phone from the side table. The moment she glanced at her phone screen, a bright smile spread across her face which accompanied her adorable dimples. She'd realized that the annoying caller was actually her husband; Jason, so she answered the call without any hesitation
"Good morning, my Angel" Jason said enthusiastically through the phone.
"Good morning", Angel replied as her face beamed with happiness.
"So how's my Angel doing?"
Jason asked Angel.
"Your Angel is doing perfectly well", Angel answered indirectly as she smiled.
"I had to leave for an urgent meeting early this morning"
"I'm sorry I didn't inform you before I left, I didn't want to wake you up"
Jason said apologetically.
"You don't need to apologize, its fine", Angel said nicely.
"Okay" Jason said.
"I need to go now but make sure you eat your breakfast, okay?", Jason said in a concerned tone.
"Okay", Angel responded.
"And take care of yourself for me", Jason added.
"I will", Angel replied to Jason with a smile.
"Bye honey. Love you", Jason said.
"Love you more", Angel replied then disconnected the call.
She hopped out of bed then headed to her bathroom to take a shower.
Angel is a 21-year old lady. She got married to her husband; Jason, after she finished her education which is 3 months before present.
She possesses fair, smooth and radiant skin, cute blue eyes, long and dark eyelashes, hip-lengthened brown hair and good height. She was wasp-waisted with perfect, attractive curves.
Soon, Angel got dressed and walked downstairs to her kitchen to have her breakfast but then she got a phone call from a number which was not on her contact list. She had no idea of who it is so she answered the call with curiosity.
"Hello"
Angel said then waited for an answer from the caller.
"Good morning madam"
A lady's voice said.
"Are you Mrs. Angel Alexander?", The lady asked through the phone.
"Yes, I am"
Angel replied anxiously.
"This is Shirley's hospital speaking"
The lady informed as Angel stood worried about why a hospital would call her.
"I'm sorry to inform you that your husband was involved in a ghastly car accident after he had a phone call by 8:07."
The lady said and Angel eyes widened in shock as her heart shattered into pieces.
"W-what? An ac-cident?", Angel said as her voice trembled due to fear."You must be mistaken. I just spoke to my husband some minutes ago Angel said without believing.
"You're the wife of Jason Alexander?"
"His car collided with a gas tank and that led to an explosion"
"We tried our best but all attempts to save his life were fruitless madam. You're husband is dead now"
The lady said and Angel slumped on the floor and fainted upon hearing the word 'dead'.
"Madam"
The lady called since she had no response from Angel.
"Madam, are you there?"The lady asked but still no response from her.
