Sarwendah drop the cup of water she is holding on a stool outside and walk into the Kitchen with two slice of bread in her hand, she saw Arizona her Junior sister squatting in front of the fire in the fireplace.
"Zona!" She called and she look up her big eye ball looking so cute on her, she is just a girl of 15 years.
"Wendah!" She called and she run to her and hug her.
"It's so cold out here why aren't you wearing something that covered your body?" Sarwendah asked.
"He won't let me go inside, he chase me out when I tried going inside" Arizona said.
"Who?, Herman?" Sarwendah asked.
"Yeah he said I should go d!e for all he cares" she said and Sarwendah sighed not too surprised on what Arizona just said, their step brother Herman is like that and she had gotten use to it but Arizona haven't maybe cause she is still a child.
"Wait here I will be back" Sarwendah said and walk out of the kitchen, she walk to the back of their house where a drying line is a picked her sweatshirt and a towel, she walk back to the kitchen and gave the sweatshirt to Arizona.
"Here put this on" she said and she took it from her and put it on.
"What about you?" She asked.
"Am big enough to take care of myself" she said and sat beside her.
"Wendah!" Arizona called and she look at her.
"Am hungry!" She said.
"I know you are hungry, big head" Sarwendah said and she smiled.
"You always like pulling my legs" Arizona said.
"And that's because you are my baby" Sarwendah said and smiled showing off her cute gums.
"I will grow like you one day" she said.
"But you already grow like me" Sarwendah said.
"Not just in height but in the mindset and system, remember I haven't seen my first period yet" she said and Sarwendah laughed.

"Here take this, I got for you" Sarwendah said given her the two slices of bread but she declined.
"You haven't eaten anything today so just take it am fine" Arizona said.
"C'mon Zona, I have eaten so just take this am good" She said.
"No am not hungry!" Arizona said.
"I will just throw it away then" Sarwendah said and made to throw it away.
"Just give it to me, I can't let you throw it away" Arizona said and took it from her she start eating it immediately and Sarwendah smiled.
She is the type of girl you can describe as a natural beauty type, Her skin is so white and soft despite the maltreatment she is going through in her brothers hand, she only got wounds on her back which disappear too fast only the scars are there but no one will know cause she do cover it with her oversized shirts, her eyes aren't too big neither is it small, let's just say it's moderate, she got a Sharp jaw and high nose bridge and her lips are so Pink and full giving the cute face of a doll she is really a beauty.
"Water!" Arizona said.
"Go take it outside I forgot to bring it inside" She said and Arizona walk outside and just after some minutes she heard Her cries from outside and even without being told she knows what is going on so she stood and walk out of the kitchen and as she expected Arizona is crying in front of Herman who is holding her hand tightly.
"Herman!" Sarwendah run to them and push him off, Arizona hide behind her immediately and hugged her tightly from behind.
"What is wrong with you again Herman, why are you always hurting Arizona, can't you see she is still a child?" Sarwendah asked but instead of answering he move back to her and slap her soundly leaving her finger imprints on her face.
"You dare push me, how dare you push me" Herman asked and grab her hair, he start pulling it hard and she try to get away from his grip but he is way more stronger.
"Bitch!, You have no right to touch me talk more of pushing me, I am going to deal with you" he said pulling it even more hard that she start crying.
"Let me go Herman, let me go!" She cried and Herman drag her into the kitchen, he took one of the firewood that is still burning and without a second thought he lash it on her back and she went down to the floor, her clothes tore and she vomit bl--0d.
"No!!....Wendah!" Arizona cried and run to her she squat down beside her and start crying loudly when she saw her eyes are closed.
"Sarwendah!" She called and she open her eyes.
"Stop crying Zona am fine" Sarwendah said and she nodded, Sarwendah slowly stood up and Herman made to attack her again but someone blocked him.
"If you touch her again I might kill you here and nothing will happen" the voice said and Sarwendah look up to see Eric.
He is her only friend and he is the one who looks at her and her sister.
"You again?" Herman asked.
"Yeah it's me so you better leave" Eric said.
"I will show you the bad side of me one day so better stay away from things concerning me" Herman said and walk out of the kitchen.
"Sarwen are you okay?" Eric asked.
"Yeah" she said.
"What about your back?" Arizona asked.
"I am fine with it" she said and Eric scoffed
"Let's go get it treated" Eric said and before she will object, he grab her hand and drag her out of the kitchen while Arizona run after them.
