Martin had remained silent, and Matthew hadn't noticed him until now. Seeing him here, Matthew seemed to think of something and instinctively frowned. "You shouldn't be here if you're fine; contact between employees is prohibited."
What contact prohibition? Isn't that just a way to keep Martin away from Blanch? It seems that the two of them really do have something going on; Leslie was right.
"Matthew…" Blanch said weakly, wondering why Matthew's temper was now like Alan's, overly cautious.
Matthew poured a glass of water for Blanch. "You should really rest well; don't make people worry."
Blanch rolled her eyes, thinking he was such an adherent to Alanism.
Martin saw through the exchange between the two and had a rough idea of what was happening, so he said, "Alright, got it. Shelly, you rest well. I'm leaving."
Blanch nodded.
