"She had been unconscious for at least an hour. Her heartbeat seems irregular and weak," the physician said. He slammed off his medicine box before wiping his hand with a clean towel.
"What actually happened to manora?" asked Wangbi Ki.
"I'm not sure. She did have a symptom of stiffness, suggesting a minor stroke. But, it's only on one part of her body, which is the hand. So, it won't be severe much. But, in a meantime, we never know..."
"Is there any possibility that she could be..."
All eyes on Ming Bin. She shut her mouth immediately after the unwanted attention. She bit her lips, supressing herself from talking.
"What's in your mind, Ming Bin? Go on," said Jang Bin. The latter lifted her head, looking at the concubine before she shook her head in tiny.
"Looks like we have to delay the funeral–"
"We can still continue. I can handle it," there's some stress in Jang Bin's voice. She seemed like urgently tried to convince everyone that she could handle the ceremony.
"No. Without manora jaga, there's no way I would let you taking over her place. It's final," said Wang Ki before he left the room in frustration.
Everyone exchange glance as Jang Bin's brow entwin together. Right now, she looked frustrating instead of worrying.
"Come. Let's go and wait at the hall," said Wangbi Ki. Everyone nod as they diligently follow the queen's instruction, leaving Athea alone in the room.

The horse harshly cut the wind as it dashed towards the closed interrogation building. Two guards try to stop it but when it shrieked in front of the gate with both of his front legs wheely up, even those two guards run for their life.
Sun An jumped from the horse, unhesitatingly kicked the wooden gate, yielding his sword and slicing whoever tried to stop him.
"Stop right there!" a man tried to halt him on his way, but it was a bad move. Sun An shoved the man away, as his eyes lock on the weak Soo Young, who laid on the cold ground, covered in wounds and bruises.
"Governor–"
"If you wish for a dreadful sight in this very space, feel free to stop me!" Sun An pointed the tip of his sword at the officer.
"But... But... We just do our job–"
"In what ground are you accusing Lady Kim? Where's the report?" Sun An asked. "I'm asking you, officer?! Where is the fucking report?!"
"We were told to conduct the interrogation immediately. No need for the paperwork. Kim Soo Young murdered Seja Miju. There's a witness–"
"Stop lying, for fucking sake!" Sun An's stern voice serenaded the whole room.
Suddenly, a man stepped out from the dark. He stared at Sun An with a sharp gaze.
"Governor, please don't cause a havoc in my interrogation room," the man calmly talked.
"This is a false accusation! And, it is a crime!"
"And... you have no business in here. Guards, banish him out!"
A group of guards march closer to Sun An as he yielded his sword.
"One more step and you'll die, people!"
The man scoffed. He gave a light wave as a signal before the guards start attacking Sun An. He jumped and dodge the attack bravely, as he sliced his sword on some skin, making a long laceration on one of the guards' face.
The fight caused a chaos in the interrogation room. The prisoners that lock up in the jail cheer up as they witness the fight, like the spectators in a gladiator match.
Knowing they were at the losing side, the officer instructed more guards to join the brawl as Sun An faced them bravely. He gripped the handle of his sword, grasping the idea that he might not coming out alive from this room.
This people was trying their best to shut everyone up!
As the fight was still on heat, all of the sudden, a group of men, with a military uniform infiltrate the room from the above. They climb down the wall, invading every crook of the small space. Everyone was in panic, including the head officer of the interrogation room.
"Stay where you are and don't move!"
Sun An turned his head and look for the owner of the stern command.
"Gisa Ahn!"
Uk moved his sight at Sun An. He nodded as his sight shifted at the head officer.
"Release Lady Kim at once!"
The head officer chuckled as he swiftly yielded his sword. Upon his action, the guards started the brawl again. This time, the scale was even more large and dangerous. Both side didn't budge even for an inch.
"Indra, grab Soo Young-ssi and go!" said Uk. Indra nodded, as he awiftly ran towards Soo Young. He tried to untie her but one of the guards tried to attack him from behind.
"Indra, watch out!" Soo Young screamed with her coarsed voice. Indra quickly swung his gambit, slashing open the man's guts as he fell lifeless on the ground.
"Let's hide somewhere first, Soo Young ssi..."
"Omeonim... My omeonim..." Soo Young pointed at Lady Kim, who was laying unconsciously on the ground.
"You first, Soo Young-ssi..." Indra coaxed Soo Young with his voice, full of assurance. They fleet from the scene in hurry, ducking around while trying to find an escape route to the main gate.
When they finally arrive, they manage to fight the guards of the gate, probably the last obstacle to the freedom. As they open the heavy gate with their remaining energy, from afar, they saw a brown horse with a black mane.
Someone was coming through with a speed towards them.
"It's daegum!" Indra shrieked. He quickly waved his hand and yelled Min Jun's name loudly, attracting the crowd as they suddenly stunned on their spot in horror.
Uk turned around as he saw Min Jun rode the horse and penetrated his way inside, with three other horsemen behind him.
"Stop whatever you did!" one of the man yelled loudly at the crowd. Min Jun dismounted from the horse, and walking towards Uk. The man quickly got on his knees and lowered his head.
Upon seeing his action, everyone in Uk's squad did the same, making the rest of the guards at the interrogation room look at each other in confused mind.
"Daegum jaga... What brings you here today?" asked the head officer.
"I'm here to claim my wife. The one that you falsely accused. Kim Soo Young," Min Jun's answer made everyone fall in shock. Everyone gasped as they look at Soo Young, who obviously in stoic at the front gate with Indra.
Uk shut his eyes tight while stared on the ground with an empty mind. He slowly lifted his head, looking at the face of the man that he loved so much.
That's when he saw tears falling from his eyes as their eyes lock onto each other.
