"Come on... You can do it..." Hwa Sa stretches her hands while holding a cute cotton doll on her hand as a bait. Mi Rae, the little princess, slowly waddled towards her with a babble escaped from that little lips. Two court maids were seeing helping Hwa Sa at the background.
A motherly smile escaped from Hwa Sa's face. Ever since the talk between her and Myung Yu, the princess never asked any more questions about her decision, knowing Hwa Sa's true intention. Myung Yu decided to respect that decision, yet Hwa Sa's wellbeing will always kept on check from time to time. It's hard to see her suffering the subtle abuse from Wangbi Yu, but there's no much for Myung Yu to help. She might ended up making things even worst.
This morning, looking at Hwa Sa and Mi Rae bonding together, it's an overwhelming sight for Myung Yu. Even though marriage and family never in her life plan, looking at two innocent lives that love each other in other form making her woman instinct got pricked.
"If you wish to have a child, you can talk about a conjugal tie with jeonha mama, gongju..." one of the court maid casually threw a suggestion, making Myung Yu snickered a bit.
"I learned something from Hwa Sa. Being a mother doesn't mean you have to give birth to the kids," said the princess. "Loving and protecting them is enough to form a sacred bond like motherhood."
Uk smiled, looking at Myung Yu. Ever since the incident at the governor's residence, she has grown mature. She's learning from her surrounding from time to time, appreciated even smallest things that happened around her. She's to be proud, to be honest!
"But gongju jaga, you can't avoid a conjugal tie. Sooner or later, you'll have to face it..." the court maid warned her in the softest tone.
"I want to take my time choosing someone who is right for me. And I think, jeonha mama shared the similiar thoughts as well," Myung Yu smiled, looking at the senior. She knew, all of her court maid were concerned about the non existent figure next to their single princess, which means no one will protect Myung Yu just in case of anything.
"Why looking far, when you can just skim around you, gongju jaga..." another court maid teased her, making the line of court maids laughing and join force. They were glaring at Uk, who stood by a feet away from them, making Myung Yu took a glance at him casually.
"Gisa Ahn is the most eligible bachelor in our country now, next to daegun jaga. He's strong, mature, loving and dependable. How can you refuse someone like him, gongju jaga?" one of the cour maid whispered to Myung Yu.
The princess calmly took the suggestion in measurement. She smiled as her cheek burnt a bit, forming a blush stain on the skin. But, it didn't last long. Something just bothered her, and she couldn't dismissed that thought away.
As they were chatting, a loud thud and cry coming from Hwa Sa's side. Myung Yu stood up, checking for them immediately. From her spot, she saw Mu, pushing away his little sister after snatching a wooden toy from the poor baby. Hwa Sa was seen running towards Mi Rae, who was on the floor, crying in confusion after being 'robbed' by her own brother.
"Wanja agissi, what are you doing? You'll hurt your dongsaeng!" Hwa Sa immediately hugged Mi Rae. The prince played coy, glaring at them with an annoying mocking face.
"I just took what belongs to me, is that wrong?!" he replied in a rude tone.
"The craftsman made two sets of the same toy for both of you. You have your own set. Besides, you're too old to play with this kind of toys, wangja agissi..."
"I don't care! I am soon to be seja. You can't stop me from doing what I want! Besides, Mi Rae is just a girl! She doesn't even deserve all of these! Her rank is so low compared to mine!"
"How can you say that to your dongsaeng, wangja agissi?!" Hwa Sa looked at Mu in disbelief. Her voice was a pitch higher than usual, making the little prince grew angrier.
"How dare you yell at me, you disgusting replacement!"
Mu's next action shocked everyone. He threw the wooden toy right on Hwa Sa's head, causing her forehead bled. Mi Rae, witnessing the ruthless action by her orabeonim, with her little understanding about danger, charged forwards and pushed him away with her small strength. However, the little princess got shoved away harshly by her orabeonim, making her falling on the floor.
"Gongju agissi!" Hwa Sa screamed as she launched herself so she could stop Mi Rae from crashing on the floor and made things worst. She forgot about her bleeding forehead, only cared about Mi Rae's safety up above everything else.
"Yarh! Are you trying to kill you mother?!" Myung Yu grabbed Mu's hand and turned his body, facing her, so the little prince could looked into her angry face.
"Sorry, but she is not my mother! She is just a replacement doll for my father so she can giving children for him, like a bitch giving birth to puppies!"
His answer made anger boil even more inside Myung Yu. She was about to lay her hand on him, before Uk stopped her in hurry. They have to avoid any more drama, especially when they were just a guest at this foreign country.
"Where are your manners, wangja agissi?"
A deep, husky voice coming from the entrance of the Blue House. Everyone scoot away and immediately on the floor once they saw the figure. Hwa Sa slowly lifted her head, looking at the figure who walked calmly towards them.
"Jeoha mama..." she's laying low on the floor immediately when Mushim stood up, with his huge built overshadowing their sight. The hunk man, in his black leather travel outfit, checked the air of the room, before his eyes lay on Mu who immediately shrunk next to him.
Myung Yu still stood up at her spot, glaring at Mushim. Upon seeing Myung Yu, Mushim gracefully bowed at her.
"Gongju jaga, it's been a while..."
Uk, who bowed at Mushim after he saw him glaring at them, slightly felt confused. Why is this Crown Prince bowed before Myung Yu, not the opposite?
"Glad to see you finally back, jeoha mama..."
"I can't leave my family for too long, gongju. As you can see, it's a mess... in here," Mushim glanced around the room. Myung Yu nodded, while slowly pulled Uk's hand so he could stood up straight while facing Mushim.
"It's good that you realize what actually happen in your household, seja jeoha..." Myung Yu replied non-chalantly.
"Jeoha mama, why did you bow at her?" Mu bravely pointed his finger at Myung Yu. She could see his reaction turned dull as he squatted down so he could have a better look at his prince.
"I think you already know gongju jaga, wangja agissi..." said Mushim with his lower voice.
"Yes, I know. But why must you bow at her, she's just a gongju jaga! She's a woman! You're not supposed to low your head upon a woman, jeoha mama!" Mu's replied, making Mushim sighed in frustration.
"Who told you that?" he asked Mu calmly.
"Joong jeon mama," the little prince replied with his innocent voice.
"Wangja agissi, did you bow at joong jeon mama?" asked Mushim.
"Of course I am! She's joong jeon mama! Wangbi!"
"But, joong jeon mama is a woman. And you told me I shouldn't bow to a woman. What makes you bow at joong jeon mama then?" Mushim's question made Mu halted. He was looking for an answer before he replied to his father.
"Joong jeon mama is different! She rules alongside pyeha! Her rank is higher than everyone else expect pyeha mama!" Mu confidently spit the answer.
"I think you should change your current master, wangja agissi. It seems like you learn nothing from your current one," said Mushim. "Myung Yu gongju is a daughter of Wang Ki. She's a gongju from a Wang who has a higher rank than pyeha and joong jeon mama. Jeonha mama is the one who helped this kingdom during the war, saving the royal family from being perish. That's why, their rank is higher than us," he continued.
Looking at how Mushim communicated with Mu, he didn't even raised his voice at him, not for once. But, his tone portrayed his frustration and anger, enough to make Mu defeated in no time. His wise words making the little brat prince stuck in words.
"Eunuch..."
An old man came forwards at once after being summoned by Mushim.
"Jeoha mama..."
"I want you to arrange a meet with all the masters that had been teaching wangja agissi," said Mushim. The man nodded, taking the note for that.
"Royal nanny!" Mushim summoned the next person; the nanny for Mu. The lady came forward, shaking in fear. She knew, Mushim was angry by now.
"I, hereby, declared the visitation at the Silver House is restricted, even for the royal family. Anyone who wish to visit must have a grant pass from me. Even wangbi mama as well! Got it?!" said Mushim.
"Yes... Yes... Seja..."
Mushim glared at Hwa Sa, who held Mi Rae in her embrace tight while hanging her head low. He took a deep breath as he stares at his little princess in regrets.
"Hwa Sa, Mi Rae is under your watch solely from now. I bet, she's much safer in here rather than the Silver House. I trust her to you. Her belongings will reach the Blue House as soon as possible," Mushim said, before shifting his sight away from her.
"Your grace will always be gratuitous upon me, jeoha mama..." Hwa Sa took a quick bow before she hugged Mi Rae tight, with tears flowing from her eyes.
"Gongju jaga, sorry for the unsettling matter. I hope we can talk later," said Mushim. He took a bow before Myung Yu sent him away with her sight. After a while, Mu left the Blue House along with his court maids and nanny with a disappointed face.
"Looks like you won the first round, manora jaga..." Myung Yu said, smiling at Hwa Sa who nodded her head in grateful.
