In late 2019 and early 2020, the Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights, unleashed a virus that forever changed the world. This Aurora Virus caused two distinct mutations in people, leading to indefinite quarantines. 

These mutations bestowed individuals with heroic powers and abilities, either granting beast-like traits or enhancing physical prowess. These newfound strengths proved invaluable when, on the first day of 2023, Aurora Rifts began to open, unleashing monstrous creatures and calamities upon the world. As chaos spread, humanity's only hope lay in their powers and the Aurora System, a mysterious force that allowed them to tap into their full potential, growing stronger with every battle.
