Violet felt some sort of attachment to this tree. Like they've met before. Like a part of her that's been missing for far too long. She was drawn to it like there was a magnetic force. She found herself in front of a talking tree. Wait what?!
Rewind to two years ago.
July 18 at Stars Heart University. Violet was walking in the hallways as per usual, when Skylar, her best friend ran up to her. Out of breath she managed to spit out a sentence. "Bestie, some random guy at the principals office." Violet was a bit shocked to find someone was looking for her. But that wasn't all. He was going to be picking her up. She was now curious as to who was brave enough to not only lie to the principal but was was able to convince her as well. She stormed to the principal's office ready to give him a piece of her mind.
On the way to the principles office she heard whispers of a hot guy with a cold aura. She didn't mind the whispers and walked to the principal's office ready for anything. Except when she got there she got to there her confidence crashed instantly. Her purple pupils shrank and the hairs on her back stood. She could tell from outside that that person was dangerous. She drew her sharp hairpin. As soon as she opened the door she threw her hairpin in his direction. The hairpin flew at the speed of sound. Luckily he managed to dodge at the last second. The hairpin grazed his face before flying past him and into the wall. Pin drop silence filled the room. No one was expecting that at all. Violet took the advantage of the shock and quickly stepped behind him putting a tazer by his back. "Any rash moves and I will use this tazer do you understand." No one made a sound. The kind fragile Violet wasn't expected to make a move like that.
The silence was broken by the sudden move of the man grabbing her wrist and pinning it against her chest as he stepped behind her." Good day miss Violet. You seem to have quite the bit of energy." She smirked at his sheer audacity before stabbing his hand and flipping him over. "Who are you and what do you want from me?" The principle, sensing the hostility quickly clarified that her mother called to say that he would be picking her up from then on. She just noticed his great features. From his chiseled jawline to his white hair and golden eyes. 'To bad his looks were wasted on him.' Violet thought to herself.
They formally introduced themselves to each other before he left. The principal could finally breathe. The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. She went to the lecture hall, annoyed by the man who instead of explaining himself pinned her wrist. The rumor about him was true. School continued as usual except for the fact that she was more annoyed. The two had terrible impressions of each other. Neither liking the next but they both knew they had to suck it up. Violet was already making plans on how she would make his life miserable. She thought of the interaction through out the day until university day ended.
