The story takes a leap to a hospital where Agastya has been admitted. He awakens six months after the harrowing incident. Arnav has been faithfully tending to him during his recovery. As Agastya regains consciousness, he discovers the loss of his left arm. Despite the somber atmosphere, Agastya's unwavering determination to seek revenge for his family and friends' loss uplifts everyone's spirits. His resilience in the face of adversity becomes a beacon of hope.
The doctor informs Agastya about the enigmatic shroud creatures and their motives. These creatures seek mantras from humans to augment their power and lifespan. The doctor also reveals a forgotten history: a curse cast by Draven centuries ago, which decreed that humans would perish at the age of 23. However, an individual emerged two centuries later, devising mantras that could deactivate the curse. These mantras also granted the ability to create unique mantra weapons. A twist occurred when Draven harnessed these mantras to increase his strength, only to be eventually defeated by another mantra user. While the curse was broken, the knowledge of mantras faded over time, and only a handful of people now recognize their latent powers. Rumors of Draven's survival abound, coinciding with the recent surge in disappearances. Fear pervades as people avoid solitary travels, particularly at night, when the shroud creatures hold the upper hand.
The scene shifts to Agastya and Arnav, now training under the tutelage of former mantra user, Devdant. The training encompasses three stages: identification of one's mantra weapon, creation of the weapon, and unlocking mantra manipulation abilities. Beyond this lies an elusive second form known as "mantra amplification," a formidable yet arduous accomplishment.
As Episode 2 concludes, the training begins, promising growth, challenges, and the gradual unveiling of untapped potential.
