"Wait." A tender, clear voice came from behind.
Kaguya turned around and saw a cute little girl with pink hair, dressed in red, chasing after a little boy with dark blue hair.
Kaguya noticed that the boy was wearing blue clothes, with a fan-shaped emblem on his back, the top half red and the bottom half white. This was the symbol of the Uchiha clan. The boy was Sasuke Uchiha, and the pink-haired girl was Sakura.
"Sasuke, wait." Sakura called out, grabbing Sasuke Uchiha's arm.
"Hmm?" Sasuke's face was cold and distant.
"Let's eat dango. It's really good." Sakura said with a smile. "Boss, two skewers of dango, please."
"Sure, it's really good," the nearby shop owner said, smiling as he handed the dango to Sakura. "I'll leave you to it, have fun."
"Thank you, boss," Sakura said, placing a skewer of dango in Sasuke's hand. "Here, eat."
Sasuke stared blankly at the dango in his hand, lost in thought as a memory surfaced in his mind.
"Brother, let's eat dango. It's really good."
"Okay. Brother, you're lying. It's not good."
"Ah, sorry, I forgot to add the seasoning. There, that's better."
"It really is good now, brother."
"As long as you like it."
Shaking his head, Sasuke snapped out of his reverie. He lowered his head, clenched his teeth, and tightened his grip on the dango before suddenly throwing it to the ground.
"Who would like to eat this kind of thing? Don't be ridiculous," Sasuke suddenly shouted.
"Sasuke," Sakura was startled, not understanding why he was angry, and her eyes began to redden.
"Guys who yell at girls are the worst," Kaguya said with a huff.
"Hmph," Sasuke, seeing Kaguya's face, was momentarily stunned, then snorted and ignored her, walking straight ahead.
"Stop right there," Kaguya stood up and walked over, standing in front of Sasuke. "Apologize to her."
"My business is none of your concern," Sasuke said coldly.
"If you don't apologize," Kaguya clenched her fist, "don't blame me for being rude."
"Hmph," Sasuke didn't even look at Kaguya and turned to leave.
A gust of wind blew, and Sasuke turned and blocked the incoming attack with his hand. Before him was a pale arm, with a small fist pressing against his arm.
"Trying to run?" Kaguya said disdainfully.
"You," Sasuke's expression grew colder.
"Let's settle this."
Kaguya stepped forward with her left foot, slid her right foot back, extended her right palm forward, and clenched her left fist behind her, assuming a Gentle Fist stance.
Sasuke also crouched down, assuming a fighting stance.
Suddenly, Kaguya moved, quickly charging towards Sasuke Uchiha, her snow-white palm imbued with chakra, aiming for his abdomen.
Sasuke Uchiha also swiftly ran towards Kaguya, tilting his body to the right while striking out with his right palm to deflect Kaguya's hand. At the same time, using his left foot as a pivot, he delivered a spinning kick with his right foot, generating a strong gust of wind.
"He's so fast!" Naruto exclaimed, while Hinata watched the chaotic fight with tension.
Kaguya struck Sasuke's leg with her palm, using the recoil to bounce back and land on a tree trunk. She then pushed off with her legs, shooting towards Sasuke like an arrow.
Hah!
Sasuke crossed his arms in front of his chest, attempting to block Kaguya's attack, but the force of her strike was too strong. Unable to withstand it, he was sent flying. Luckily, he adjusted his posture mid-air and landed without embarrassment.
"She's so strong," Sakura exclaimed in surprise, while Naruto watched the two combatants intently, clenching his fists.
"Let's go again," Sasuke gritted his teeth and charged at Kaguya once more.
Their figures intertwined once more, exchanging blows rapidly, producing sharp sounds and gusts of wind from their strikes.
Finally, with a dull thud, Sasuke was sent stumbling back, falling to the ground, his eyes filled with disbelief.
He had actually lost.
The veins around Kaguya's Byakugan returned to normal, and she exhaled. She had not wanted to use the Byakugan, as the protruding veins around her eyes were unappealing. This made her look forward to the Tenseigan even more, as it wouldn't cause such an unsightly appearance.
However, Sasuke's strength was formidable, and without the Byakugan, her Gentle Fist technique would have been much less effective.
"Sasuke," Sakura hurried over to support Sasuke, turning to Kaguya and saying, "You went too far."
"He wasn't hurt," Kaguya pouted, her beautiful face looking particularly cute. "He's so mean to you, yet you're still so nice to him. You're such a fool for love."
"What?" Sakura clenched her fists in anger. "It's none of your business."
"Whatever, it's none of my business," Kaguya said indifferently, turning to leave, tired of dealing with this infatuated girl.
"Wait," Sasuke stood up, looking at Kaguya. "I lost today. I apologize, I'm sorry," he said, turning to Sakura.
A blush appeared on Sakura's cheeks, and she felt faint.
"But I will definitely defeat you in the future," Sasuke declared loudly, then turned and left.
Kaguya played with a lock of hair by her ear, thinking she might have made a new enemy, but it didn't matter to her.
She had her own reasons for this seemingly unreasonable behavior. She wanted to use Sasuke to gauge her own strength. It seemed that her abilities were quite impressive.
"You're really strong," Naruto suddenly appeared in front of Kaguya, clenching his fists. "I will definitely be as strong as you someday."
"Sure, sure," Kaguya waved her hand dismissively.
"Do you really believe that?" Naruto continued to ask excitedly.
"Yes, yes," Kaguya said, annoyed. "Aren't you interested in Sakura? You should go find her."
"Well, Sakura-chan is great," Naruto said, scratching his head in frustration, "but I still like being with you more."
"Huh?" Kaguya facepalmed, thinking she might be stuck with him. Remembering how Sakura was pestered by Naruto, she felt a bit nauseated and thought it would be best to get rid of him quickly.
