Elliot woke up in the evening the next day.
The christmas holiday has officially begun.
He spent almost all night watching movies in his PUI forgetting he had a match today.
He got off his bed and closed his PUI.
He could control his powers efficiently now.
He never told anyone of his powers ever since he got them, not even Zyaire.
' Today is the first day I'm playing a match' Elliot thought and that made him a little scared because other times when he was made to play a sport back on earth, he wouldn't do so well.
He came out of his door and sauntered downstairs.
The dormitory looked vacant and empty now almost everyone was gone, as if he was the only one who stayed back but he wasn't.
There were other people who stayed back from different grades.
Elliot went to the dining hall, as he walked he saw people coming from outside likely to watch the match.
Elliot came in the dining hall which felt empty but there were students who were gathered in three tables and were eating their dinner that had an upgrade.
The flitsbale team sat in a table and called out Elliot to eat with them.
Elliot came and saw Elizabeth who also stayed back, she had a vacant seat beside her but he decided to skip it and sat beside Draxy.
The first years were looking rather eager to start their first match.
" Elliot, did you see people coming?" asked Lily.
" Yeah, just a few," replied Elliot.
" You got to fill up, and have fuel for the match," said Mein and passed him a plate of food with two chicken legs rice and sauce.
" You don't have to eat that much!" retorted Ashley and Asher simultaneously.
" Oh please, we still have two hours before the match so it will digest by then," replied Mein.
Draxy removed the chicken legs and put in a bowl "that will do."
" Good luck to us out there," said Lee.
" Let's eat fast so we'll have a little time to practice for the spectators come in, I wanted to say something to you all but it will wait till we enter the pitch," said Robin and he stood up and left.
They took their meals quickly and came to the field but it was to late for practice.
People were already in as well as the opposing players were in the field and as they went to their locker rooms, Elliot saw people setting up the camera.
" Wait we get to be on video?" asked Elliot.
" Yeah we are," replied Lily and Elliot looked at her suprised " exciting right?" remarked Lily and Elliot's mind went to the time Radley mentioned pressure when he talked about Flitsbale.
It was match night at the flitsbale stadium was a busy one, the post levitated to the air and the flits turned on and started bouncing off the corners of the post.
The people who came to watch were coming to the stadium.
Professor Winklesmut was the commentator and he was talking in the mick to kill the time.
Floodlights gave the stadium the brightest visibility that could be seen from far away because of their high intensity.
In the gallery were the VIPs who came to watch the match none other than Apollo Bamford, Mrs Renahaw, the principal of Unity state college, Hilarius Wilder who currently had his legs as good as new, Cristan Alan the owner of Gremworld and other special guest.
The giant hour glass was set and the cameras as well.
Constellation x of Cor Centuria were playing against the meteorites of Unity state college.
Meanwhile, Elliot and the others put on their jersey at were waiting in the locker room.
It was minutes before the match and the players were now anxious unlike hours ago when they were rather excited.
They waited in the locker room without saying a word to anyone.
Elliot heard beeping sounds from his turtle com which broke the silence.
The other players looked at Elliot and he immediately turned the turtle com off.
Elliot saw Radley's text.

Elliot supposed that meant good luck, he thought Andromeda and Radley were watching the match right now.
Robin came inside and saw that they were feeling down and not confident for the match.
" What's wrong?" asked Robin.
Most of them made mere mumbles.
" It's just our first time playing a real match. And we heard that the meteorites beat us two times before and they are very good at flitsbale like-very good," muttered Mein.
Robin sighed " I know."
" And we do not have a coach, and we just did petty practices, we are not sure..." said Oliver in a low tone.
" So what if we don't have a coach? We are the constellation x, the thing that makes us thrive is our teamwork. Draxy, remember that time when we were on the fist years and we had our first match? Five players got rammed including our rammers," said Robin.
Draxy nodded in affirmation.
" But the fans encouraged us even when there was no hope and we broke the flits at the last minute," said Robin motivatively.
" Who says what we are practicing for will be in vain?" asked Robin and they muttered " no one."
" It is optimism that adds a twenty percent chance to us winning, pessimism is just like losing before we get started," said Robin.
They looked at each other with rising optimism.
Robin stood on a bench to address them from a higher angle.
"Today is the day we have all been practicing for. I have a feeling that after this match, we will have stories to tell. The whole school is counting on us to do our best, so make them proud for there is something we have that the meteorites don't, we have a bond, a very strong bond. So who are we?" asked Robin.
" Constellation x," replied the players.
" I can't hear you," said Robin motivatively.
" Constellation x!" They said louder.
Robin looked at his wristwatch.
"It's time, let's get out there and show the meteorites what we are made of," said Robin.
" Yeah!" They went out of the locker room hyped.
A few seconds later, the constellation X came jogging into the field as well as the meteorites. The crowd were cheering.
Elliot looked up and saw in the gallery, Hilarius Wilder giving him a thumbs up.
Poprifus was the referee, Professor Winklesmut was the commentator.
" Match day at the Cor flitsbale stadium, the nights sky is perfect for the two teams constellation x and the meteorites if you know what I mean."
The meteorites wore white and red and they looked confident for this match and somehow intimidating.
"The meteorites Unity state college won two times in a row the last time they played a match, so will the constellation x get what it takes this year?" commented Professor Winklesmut.
The large screen in a part of the stadium showed their teams logo and who they are supported by for the match.
The meteorites were sponsored by gremworld while constellation x were sponsored by Hilarius enterprises.
The match began, the players
mounted on their hoverboards lined opposite the other teams a little far apart.
Poprifus was the referee in between the two teams.
" Line your boards and get ready," he said and to the sound of whistle, the bale shot up in the air and there was an instant buzzing of hoverboards.
Robin flew towards the bale, the smashers were flying around looking for players to ram off their boards.
"Ah! Rira Hemwort from the meteorites take the ball from Robin Wayne and passes it to another player, she is about to score...oh, Draxy catches it with ease, what a relief to the constellation x."
Draxy looked more serious than Elliot has ever seen him, he threw the ball with force which made the meteorites players give way for it to reach Lee who caught it with a swift technique, the crowd cheered.
He flys to the mid-field and passes it to Lily who froze on her board.
" C'mon Lily!" yelled Oliver and a player snatches the bale from her.
" Taken by Bailey Anderson and she goes for it," remarked Prof Winklesmut the commentator.
Oliver flew to to Lily " what is wrong with you?" he said and flew with speed when Robin came to her " Don't listen to him, do your best okay," he said and flew to where the bale was.
Elliot was flying around and he saw a Metrorite with the bale, he sped to her direction but a smasher almost rammed him off his board but he jumped and dived over him, almost tripping off his board.
He lost the sight of the bale, the crowd whoed at that stunt Elliot performed.
Elliot was standing on his board when he heard. "one point to the meterorite,scored by Max Luford," said Mr. Winklesmut.
There was jubilation from the Meteorites and the crowd that supported them.
Another bale was shot on the air. Elliot sped towards the bale and caught it. He dodged the meteorites but Willam from the meteorites struggled with him for the bale when he passed it to Robin who flew with speed to the post and scored " one point for the constellation x, guess they are picking up," commented Winklesmut.
Then the meteorites scored another goal.
This was a struggle of goals as the constellation x scores, the meteorites scores after until the meteorites were two points ahead of them, ten to eight and they were running out of time in the hour glass.
Another bale was shot into the air and a meteorite caught it and swiftly dodged Mein as the rammer.
" Kenny Doman, the team leader catches the bale, the constellation x are running out of time. Will they be able to score when the meteorites are in the lead? The only hope they have is to break the flits," commented Winklesmut.
Asher and Ashley flew up to Kenny to distract him by hovering around him until Robin flew out of nowhere and shoved Kenny and the bale fell.
" Elliot catch," said Robin aloud and Elliot caught the bale.
" This is teamwork right there but what could Elliot Comet do for there are five minutes left," said Winklesmut.
The meteorites clustered around Elliot and he tried his best to maneuver them and almost got the bale snatched from his hands.
He was flying around, being chased by the meteorites when, saw Oliver as a relief and yelled "Oliver catch," and he threw the bale high to him. The crowed cheered supportively as Oliver flew close to the post to score but In a spilt second, got rammed into by a Meteorite, the crowd gasped.
Oliver fell off his board yelling from a great height but dropped like a feather when he was centimeters to the ground due to anti-gravity.
The shock on the players didn't make the realize the Meteorites had scored another goal.
"Another goal scored by Bailey Anderson of the Metrorites. Unfortunately, one of Constellation X team member, Oliver is disqualified.
Time was running out. It's two minutes to go, will the x team be capable of doing something?" said Prof. Winklesmut.
Elliot didn't want his first match to end in a loss. The only way to win the game was to hit the flits which was moving randomly to the four sides of the post. If he could do it right, he could hit the flits. Breaking it wouldn't be easy but it's the only hope Cor Centuria has left. Other team members of Constellation X were already losing hope except for Elliot.
Another bale was shot into the air and Mein went for it and she got rammed by Joan Mecury. Lily caught it and dodged the Meteorites. Another Meteorite snatched it from her and went for the goal but Draxy slapped it off her hand.
The bale was falling to the ground . Elliot had to do one thing, he let luck have it on this one. He dived down and caught it before it reached the ground. He fled to the front of the post.
"Elliot Comet has come with a flair, what is he trying to do?" said Prof Winklesmut.
Elliot observed the flits that bounced swiftly in the most, he had a split second flashback when he was on earth and his soccer coach made him to score a goal.
" Make a precise angle of where you want the ball to go and kick," he said.
Elliot looked anxiously at the post for he was not good at sports.
" Just do it," the coach said.
Elliot looked at the seat where he saw Jeff giving him a signal that he can't do anything and Elliot frowned and kicked the ball and the goal keeper missed it and it teared the net and the post raised with force.
" What the?" the coach remarked with suprised.
Elliot went back to reality.
Joan wanted to ram him off his board.
He wanted to dodge it but it seemed to late.
Elliot threw the bale and jumped off his board before she rammed the board.
"Hope this works," Elliot kicked the bale as he fell. He closed his eyes so tight in case he disappoints.
"What was he thinking?" Winklesmut said as he watched him fall.
Elliot felt a force aiding him to land slowly on the grass, he stood up and slowly opened his eyes.
The crowd was silent. His heart sank in despair, does that mean he'd missed? Elliot bowed his head embarrassed.
"Goal!" Roared Prof Winklesmut. The crowd cheered.
A piece of the flits was broken.
"What a close shot,Constellation X wins the game!"
Elliot felt joy racing through him as the other team members came down with their hoverboards and ran to Elliot and sandwiched him in a hug. He looked at the gallery and saw Hilarius giving him an impressed smile with a nod. Elliot smiled back but he also noticed that Apollo was gone.
" You did it Elliot," said Draxy happily as he jacked him up and rested him on his shoulders and they were cheering for him.
Oliver stood aside but Elliot could see a hint of smile on his face.
The photographer came and they posed for a picture when Wilder came down.
" Are you going to take a picture when I'm not here?" Wilder said smiling and came infront of them and they took a picture.
Wilder turned to them " Good job winning, for a while I was not that interested in flitsbale but the way I saw you practice, no one saw me except for this guy," Wilder pointed at Elliot and they looked at him surprisingly.
" You didn't tell us?" asked Mein and Elliot smiled weakly.
"You were without a coach but your teamwork were nice and you have a good team leader," said Wilder looking at Robin.
" Thank you sir," replied Robin.
" And I noticed, you make a great striker and some day you can be selected for the nationals," said Wilder to Elliot and he smiled.
Lily came to Wilder with a magazine " can I have your autograph?"
Wilder turned to her " certainly," he brought out a pen and signed it and turned to them.
" I have to go now," said Wilder and went to a bunch of reporters and fans who clustered at the entrance of the stadium.
Kenny Doman came to meet Robin and he brought out a hand "good game," he said to Robin and they shaked hands.
The meteorites went away with their Principal.
Just then a private jet came hovering to their field and landed in the stadium with wind blowing the people around it.
Cristan Alan and other people came to the field and entered the jet before they flew up.
Very few of the relatives of those in constellation x came to meet them and as Elliot watched them, he wished his parents were here.
After about an hour, the stadium was empty except for the constellation x players who were gisting happily on the bench when Professor Winklesmut came to congratulate them.
" Congrats constellation x, you did very well for a team without a coach," said Professor Winklesmut.
They smiled as they looked at him.
"Tell you what? As a reward, I will take you to laslas, my treat," said Winklesmut.
The players cheered and clapped.
" What's laslas?" asked Elliot.
" The best eating place slash gaming center slash where the good stuff is at in unity city," replied Ashley excited as the players followed Winklesmut out of the stadium and went out of the school to laslas, a place not so far from cor centuria.
They had so much fun in laslas, they played games and got tickets to buy stuff.
Draxy and Robin joined hands in the bucket konk challenge which was a big bucket of anything you can think of and that was the most junk food they have ever consumed in their entire lives.
Around eleven in the night, they came back to the school and they chatted happily and parted ways to their hostel.
Elliot wanted to go to the first years block to try out the things he bought.
He was holding a huge bag and had a slight face paint of a spider that moves depending on the change of light.
He was walking through the passage where the principal's office was situated and when he passed the principal's door to go to the class at the extreme when he heard something 'the heart of centuries'.
He stopped, shocked to hear that word and tiptoed back to the principal's door.
The door was slightly open and that was where what he heard emanated from.
" Sir, the wraiths weren't enough to infiltrate the ministry," said another voice which sounded like Poprifus.
"I need to get to the heart of centuries before anyone else," said a yearning voice what sounded familiar.
He peeped and saw that was Apollo's voice.
"Nobody knows where it's hidden. It has been hidden for hundreds of years," said Poprifus voice.
"But I have this. This is the book from the famous explorer and the founder, Oliver Wit, so I am one step ahead... but i don't seem to get anywhere with," said Apollo.
Through the opening, he could see Apollo Bamford holding the same Oliver Wit's diary Elliot had, the same the cloaked figure was holding but how, was Apollo in on this?
" The gem emits power in the beast forest so the heart is somewhere there," said Poprifus' voice.
" No but it's not enough, we are only with the third lead and it says here..." Apollo picked up the diary and flipped through the pages.
" Have you ever heard of the poem, three leads? it gives the concept away, it says here was written by Tonir Lad himself but no one knows about him, not even the school history.
Then some people derived this thinking it was a poem not knowing the main purpose," said Apollo,
Elliot listened carefully.
" The first and second lead is in a secret impenetrable vault in the ministry and we can't access the heart without it," replied Poprifus.
" The ministry is up to something by giving it to Wilder, time is running out and people are hungry and coming for it," replied Apollo.
" Wilder cannot be able to do that since he doesn't work in the ministry, we should find another alternative since you are a worker you can claim it through the minister," suggested Poprifus.
" It's more complicated, at this point, the leads cannot be claimed. I found out that Tonir Lad also worked in the ministry and he is the owner of the leads and since he is not recognized as the founder of the school as Oliver says in this diary, then this, this is just mere evidence," said Apollo and dropped the book on his desk and sat on his chair in thought.
" I have my intentions Habeus, we need all three leads in this school where it rightfully belongs, I want to find out where the heart is. Seeing the ministry has brought out confidential data public, I don't know what they are going to do next," Apollo came to towards him " that's why I want to get to the heart first, it's says it could change reality itself.
Imagine what powers it will posess, how it corrupt. All our tiredless search for it will finally be worth it and our purpose will finally be fulfilled," said Apollo.
" In order to get it we need the leads," said Poprifus.
" I will work out what we will do but for now, we need to find out the energy source and use the map I gave you to locate the pathway," replied Apollo.
Elliot was suprised, for the whole time he thought Poprifus was trying to get to the heart not knowing he was allying with Apollo to do his bidding.
"But in order to continue our operation we need to be assured that we are not being watched or risk anyone knowing what we are doing. I noticed a month ago, I noticed that we are not the only ones who knows about the heart in this school," said Apollo.
" Who?" asked Poprifus.
Apollo turned on the video in the screen and showed him the last memory of the service bot Elliot paralyzed and him coming to it to break the gadget.
Elliot's heart leapt at a result of seeing the video.
" I knew the boy was up to no good," said Poprifus.
" No, I don't think his intentions was what we thought before. He is trying to uncover secrets, he acts like a detective trying to solve a big case, curious beyond his expectations. He has proved his innocence to me but if he continues to let curiosity show him the way, he might find out what's behind the curtain," said Apollo.
" So, what should we do?" asked Poprifus.
" Is the human boy around?" asked Apollo.
" Yes sir, he is a P.E student he played flitsbale," replied Poprifus.
" Then find him," said Apollo.
" Why?" asked Poprifus.
" I'm afraid that I have to do this but it has to be done, he needs to be kept until further notice, that's why this video is what we will use to implicate him back to surveillance again, he is an obstacle. I did it the first time partly for him to no more interfere, then we will continue our operation and it will be better the the wraiths," said Apollo.
Elliot gasped silently.
Apollo felt a presence and went close to the door to see who was eavesdropping but didn't see anyone.
Meanwhile, Elliot was there in the passage invisible and turned visible and left the class block.
Elliot had unlocked a power, invisibility.
Who knows how many he has left to unlock?
That was not the issue now, Elliot has gone to his dormitory to his room.
He closed the door and went to his table and opened his PUI.
He did some research, he was watching the video of Wilder showing the box in an exhibit.
He paused at the part which the key was clearly seen.
He copied the symbol on the symbol box that came with the key and it translated to the phrase 'first lead' and he switched over to the poem named three leads.
A key to open the gate.
Next, a scroll to set your fate.
Lastly, a gems gleaming light that reveals the truth in the dead of night.
The concepts align, the first lead is the key and the second is the scroll and with Apollo and the third lead and all this leads to the heart.
Elliot flashed back to the time when he suspected just Poprifus.
He saw when he had a gem, when he was detecting the energy source, he was actually using the gem to track the heart's energy source and it destroyed his gadget, probably because the energy was too much for it, maybe. That showed the heart had great powers, that explained the heat signals he got from his senser.
All this were trails, Tonir Lad left soon to be unlocked by potential seekers.
Elliot didn't understand why Apollo will do such a thing and he was planning on taking the leads for himself.
He knew that if he left it, the heart will be in the hands of the evil one sooner or later, so the unthinkable came to Elliot's head, he should steal the leads first before Apollo or anyone else does but he had a struggle of thought, he did not want involve myself in anything.
Then he saw out his window, Poprifus coming to the dormitory, likely to find him.
'oh no' Elliot thought remembering that Apollo was after him.
He decided that he was going to take the leads and it will be a better thing to do than for it to be in the hands of the evil one.
Elliot for the first time in a long while transformed to Cometwave.
He quickly turned off his PUI and he heard a knock on the door.
" Open up," said Poprifus' voice.
Cometwave gasped and flew out the window.
Poprifus knocked for about a while before he left.
As he was walking, Poprifus called Apollo through his wrist phone " Sir, Elliot is not around."
" Hmm, I see, search around the place and if you don't see him, report back," replied Apollo looking unblinkingly, resting his chin on his wrist.
Minutes later, Cometwave was flying in thought.
He didn't want to go back to Cor Centuria again because in just a term, he had made enemies that is trying to make life hard for him, people in authority trying to implicate him.
He thought of going back to the Oliver tree to spend the Christmas with Zyaire, he may agree and if he successfully takes the leads, he might be able to hide it there without telling him.
Cometwave flew above the city looking at the beautiful view of it till he reached the ministry.
Cometwave flew to the ministry that looked like a mess due to the fire. He turned invisible and flew inside the premises that was under repair. The engineers fixed some of the placed and it looked like it wasn't even burnt. It must have undergone serious vermoe repair. He flew around the ministry, through the rooms he remembered he went through and the small spaces.
He almost screwed up by knocking over a vase in a passage where two workers passed by.
He became more careful not to touch anything.
He eventually entered a room where the painting was.
He saw a man in his office chair.
He assumed he was the minister by the desk tag.
Cometwave was on the air in his room, invisible, waiting patiently until the man stood up and left.
He went to the painting that was fixed and opened it with his strength and it made a loud screeching sound and he entered inside before people who heard it came in.
Cometwave was in the room of documents.
The place was arranged perfectly. He started searching, searched for a while.
Until in a time Cometwave searched a shelve, a pillar behind him opened as he pulled a book.
He turned back, saw it and pressed the button.
A passage opened infront of him behind the wall
Cometwave flew inside and pressed the down button.
It turned out it was an elevator that leads to a vault below, it took him about ten miles way down.
The elevator opened and he saw a passage with giant knights lined at the sides.
A sign beside Cometwave was written ' Beware of Indestructible vermoe resistant life sensing knights'.
He flew passed the knights quietly hoping that the knights wouldn't come alive and kill him.
At the other side of the passage.
He saw things that were kept secret by the ministry far ahead and in the series of passages before it were filled with traps because a spear came out of the wall almost impaling him, he flew through small spaces and flew quietly and he decided to land barely his feet on the ground.
Reaching the end of the vault, he started seeing things related to Tonir Lad and it started to be noticable and numerous in a part of the vault.
Tonir Lad pictures, statues, belongings, everything related to him.
Cometwave was shocked, the ministry had more things of Tonir lad than the school does but why will they keep someone that is insignificant to the ministry a secret?
Cometwave also noticed there were seven pointed star symbols on all of these things but at last, he saw the two leads on a platform.
Cometwave was glad, he carefully took it half expecting a sudden trap to blow on his face but nothing happened, to his relief.
After a while, Cometwave managed to sneak the leads out of the ministry without being seen and flew into the night's sky, at least that was what he thought.
On a building not so far from the ministry.
The person who was concealed in the dark was watching a comet like thing flying out of the ministry.
The person chuckled with an unnatural voice " Things are going according to plan."
He landed at the top of the Oliver tree, the moon was at it's highest peak and Cometwave
de-transformed back to Elliot.
He sat on the roof.
Elliot was with the two of the boxes.
He decided to open the boxes.
First, he opened the first lead which was an old key as long as a pen knife ' A key to open the gate '.
He looked at it for a while wondering where it opens and kept it back in the box.
He opened the second one ' the scroll to set your fate '.
He opened the second one, the scroll and he read.
"In shadows cast by a celestial hue, seek the truth on a day as rare as the moon in blue. The heart you desire is named with a fate, bound to the centuries by the world's gate.
A cycle of time, once every age, reveals the secret to unlock the cage.
Those who yearn for what's hidden within, must decipher the riddle, where light grows thin.
Turn what is whole, and reveal what's veiled, for in its reflection, the mystery is trailed.
For those who stand for the greater good, sever the chain, cut me in half and it will be sealed.
What's is the connection, must be divided to fulfill the plan.
When cleaved in two, the greatest power beyond the dreams of man will wane, and this noble sacrifice will seal the only way free."

Elliot looked confused ' I don't understand this, Oliver Wit?'
He folded the scroll and kept back in the box and put the two leads in a little space under the stronghold on the roof.
He climbed down the stairs leading to the bookshelves silently and he saw Zyaire upside down like a bat.
Elliot came down and carefully lay on the chair.
Thinking in relief, he slowly drifted to sleep.
But little did he what was going to happen next.
