When Sasuke returned home, he saw that Karin had already changed into casual clothes and was waiting for him. Her cheeks were slightly red, and her eyes revealed a hint of shyness and expectation. Seeing this, Sasuke couldn't help but wonder why Karin was in his house.
He immediately sought out Kakashi to ask what had happened. Kakashi explained to Sasuke that since he brought Karin back to the village, her daily care naturally fell to him. After all, Sasuke was the person Karin was most familiar with in Konoha Village.
Although Sasuke was happy with this explanation, he pretended to be reserved and accepted the arrangement. Since he had decided to bring her back, he resolved to take responsibility and be kind to her until the end.
Next, Sasuke took Karin on a tour to familiarize her with his home. He first introduced the master bedroom, where he usually rested, and then mentioned the second bedroom, which had originally been used to store ninja tools and other items but was now prepared for Karin to live in.
Afterward, Sasuke and Karin went to the market to buy various household items. After a busy day, they finally finished decorating Karin's room. By the time they were done, it was already getting dark.
To prevent Karin from feeling lonely since she had just arrived, Sasuke invited Sakura and Ino to have dinner together at his house. However, when Sakura and Ino learned that Karin was going to live with Sasuke, they became instantly jealous.
"Sasuke, we were here first, and I want to live with you too," Sakura said, clinging tightly to Sasuke's right arm.
Sasuke smiled slightly and tried to free himself from Sakura's embrace, but she only held on tighter.
"Yes, Sasuke-kun, by the order of priority, I should be the one to move in first, right?" Ino added, not wanting to be outdone, and she hugged Sasuke's left arm tightly.
Sasuke shook his head helplessly; he had anticipated such a situation. However, he already had a way to handle it.
Taking a deep breath, Sasuke decided to tell the two girls about Karin's life experiences. He whispered about Karin's past, his voice tinged with sadness. Sakura and Ino listened quietly, their expressions gradually becoming somber. By the time Sasuke finished speaking, their eyes were moist, and tears welled up.
Sakura immediately stepped forward and hugged Karin, gently comforting her. "Karin, it's okay. Those painful memories are over. Believe me, tomorrow will be a beautiful day!"
Ino also stepped forward, gently patted Karin's shoulder, and said firmly, "That's right. From now on, you are part of our family, and no one will bully you anymore. We will always be by your side so that you can feel true warmth."
Karin was so moved that she burst into tears. Since her mother passed away, she had never experienced such care and love. She knew that all this was brought to her by Sasuke. She looked at Sasuke gratefully, her eyes full of endless tenderness.
Sasuke smiled at Karin and gave her a reassuring look. That look seemed to tell Karin that no matter what happened, he would always be by her side. At that moment, Karin felt like the happiest person in the world.
The bond between the three women and Sasuke continued to grow stronger during dinner. After the meal, Sakura and Ino left, envious of Karin.
Sasuke prepared to take a bath and go to sleep, but as he turned off the light and was about to close his eyes, he noticed some strange movements at the door. Deciding to see what would happen, Sasuke pretended not to notice.
The door creaked open slowly. Karin carefully poked her head in and looked at Sasuke's bed. Seeing that Sasuke appeared to be asleep, she sighed in relief. But suddenly, Karin's face turned red as she thought of something. She climbed onto Sasuke's bed lightly, then gently lifted the quilt and got in.
As Karin reached out her hands and slowly approached Sasuke, a doubtful voice came from beside her: "Karin? What are you doing?"
Sasuke's voice startled Karin, and she trembled violently, almost screaming. She turned her head and saw Sasuke looking at her with open eyes, full of confusion.
Karin's face instantly turned even redder, and she stammered, "I... I just wanted to see if you were asleep..."
Sasuke, amused by her nervousness, couldn't help but chuckle. He deliberately frowned and said seriously, "It's so late, and you sneaked in like this? It doesn't seem like you just wanted to see if I was asleep."
Hearing this, Karin became even more flustered. She waved her hands and said, "No, Sasuke-kun, don't get me wrong! I'm really just worried about you..."
Seeing that Karin was getting more and more confused, Sasuke interrupted her with a smile: "Okay, I'm just teasing you. But it's late; don't you want to rest?"
Karin sighed in relief and softly said, "Sasuke-kun, I actually have something to tell you."
Sasuke looked at Karin gently and said, "Go ahead, I'm listening."
Karin took a deep breath and gathered her courage. "I... I heard from Kakashi that if you want to repay someone, the best way is to make them feel your warmth. So, I... I want to use my body to bring warmth to you..."
Her voice trailed off until it was almost inaudible, but Sasuke still heard every word. After hearing Karin's explanation, Sasuke secretly cursed Kakashi in his heart: "What kind of nonsense did Kakashi teach?!"
But looking at the shy and determined eyes of the girl in front of him, Sasuke couldn't help but slightly raise the corners of his mouth. He then whispered, "Kakashi-sensei probably meant that he wanted you to warm my heart, not my body, right?"
Hearing this, Karin's face turned scarlet. She never imagined she had misunderstood Kakashi's words so badly. Her heart was pounding violently, as if it would leap out of her throat. At that moment, she just wanted to escape the embarrassing situation, but as she turned to leave, a strong hand grabbed her firmly.
Sasuke's voice sounded in her ear: "Since you're here, don't leave tonight. I'll teach you something." His tone was calm and gentle but carried an undeniable authority. Karin couldn't resist and could only nod silently.
