Hey, pie! What's going on? You look like you've been through a rough patch," Anthony said, his voice filled with concern. "Are you okay? Did something happen? You can tell me, Emily. I'm here for you.

Anthony's words warmed my heart, and I felt a sense of gratitude towards him. His genuine concern and care for my well-being meant a lot to me. I smiled weakly and tried to reassure him, 'I just got a bit short on blood, that's all. I'll be fine, don't worry.' I then turned the attention back to him, curious about his life, 'But what about you? How've you been? Anything new and exciting happening?

You know what, Emily? I've been thinking... maybe this match is exactly what you need to take your mind off things and get back on your feet. I'll make sure to reserve a special spot for you on the sidelines, and I'll even give you a personalized play-by-play commentary to keep you engaged and cheering!.

Mira entered the room" hey Anthony what's up"

Hey, Mira! Not much, just checking in on Emily here," Anthony replied with a smile. "She's been feeling a bit under the weather, but I'm trying to lift her spirit.he "Emily! Just wanted to let you know that your mom will be picking you up first thing tomorrow morning. She's already spoken to the doctor, and the doctor will prescribed some medication to help you feel better. So, Emily, you're in good hands! Your mom's got everything under control, and we'll all be here to support you through your recovery, so am off since Anthony is here,we are having a family dinner tonight catch up with you tomorrow Mira said.

I know Mira's always busy with her mom, but I get it.

Now that it's just Anthony and me alone, I have to admit, I'm enjoying the quiet time with him. But a part of me is wondering... what if something happens between us tonight? Or what if he kisses me, I said then touched my lips.Anthony asked, 'What are you thinking about?' But I just wanted to escape the conversation, so I replied, 'I want to sleep.' I snuggled under the blanket, covering my face, and pretended to drift off. But my mind was still racing, wondering what would happen if I let my guard down around him.

As I drifted off to sleep, I was suddenly trapped in a terrifying nightmare. Andrew's menacing voice echoed in my mind, 'I told you to stay away from my cousin, and now you'll regret it, Emily. I love you, but you're in love with Anthony.' I tried to push back, but my body felt heavy and immobile. The room was shrouded in darkness, and I frantically searched for an escape, but there were no doors. Andrew loomed closer, a knife glinting in his hand, ready to strike. I was paralyzed with fear, unable to move or scream..." Then I woke up feeling frightening .

Anthony quickly came over to me, looking worried. 'What's wrong, Emily?' he asked softly. But I was too scared to talk. So he sat down beside me, put his arm around me, and held my head on his shoulder. 'It's okay, Emily. You're safe now,' he whispered. His gentle touch and soothing words calmed me down, and I fell asleep again, feeling safe in his arms."

As I slowly opened my eyes, I realized I was lying on the bed, the terrifying nightmare still fresh in my mind. Anthony's warm smile and gentle voice greeted me, 'Good morning, pie.' He approached me, his hand reaching out to touch my forehead. 'You look better now,' he said, his touch soothing my skin. 'Your mom is here, so let's get going.' I struggled to find my voice, still trying to process the remnants of fear. But Anthony's reassuring presence and gentle guidance helped me sit up, swing my legs over the side of the bed, and slowly regain my footing.

Anthony and I walked to my mom's car and drove home. It was a quiet and peaceful ride. My mom glanced back at me with concern, but didn't ask questions. Anthony sat beside me, his hand touching mine. When we got home.As we pulled up to my house, Anthony turned to me with a warm smile. 'Bye, Emily. Take care, and I'll see you on Monday,' he said, his eyes crinkling at the corners. I gazed back at him, my heart still feeling a bit fragile, but his kindness and concern helped to soothe my nerves. With a quiet nod, I watched as he turned and walked away.
