Driving off. Away from the seemingly a replica of a city. We once again returned to the gate. The first one, was away from the university, and the second one was where we leave the place.
Heading off to the second gate. We once again got pick out by the ocean bed as we rode in the flat straight road. Looking as to what's behind. It was nothing but a gate surrounded by the blooming sea, with no vast land or city whatsoever.
"So the results should be given tomorrow isn't it?"
"It is. As Veibei told us. It's just us who got examined today so the evaluation will be quick, well..
the school already started i mean."
Thomas answered. Knowing that he used to be an examinator here i while back, him and the agro man, or Veibei must be close or something. It's no wonder he tried talking to him privately.
"I see. I'll just wait it out then."
"Yeah, the message will be delivered in your contacts, also. Did you retrieve your citizenship card and birth certificate?"
"Oh. I didn't."
"Oh well should we go back and go get it?"
"Uhh. Ugh. My apologies for the trouble, but i'm fine. I can just retrieve it when the results came.*
"O-okay, okay. If you need help just tell us alright?"
Nodding at Thomas, their help was already been huge. To think that they would help me enter that prestigious place. I am fully indebted to them. Staring at the side of the car. It was clear that the day has already passed and the night was undergoing.
"It's already 7:30. Let's go to a place for a dinner. I'm quite hungry going up in that place.*
Lucas announced at us. Giving it a full thought. As always, i didn't need to feed myself with food. But with that, i can still taste it. During in my examination halfway through, we took a break and decided to have a meal for lunch. Going in to the most cheapest restaurant there, the food was still immaculate than any other food that i have tasted. After all the food there valued at 3★, after finishing our lunch i tried to pay it all off with my money but they refused. Instead the three of us has split the bills.
"Alright, alright. I know a place, let's go."
Having Thomas uttered that, we then headed to a fast food chain as He told us to. After going inside, we then took a seat and i looked at the options.
"I'll take the 'steamed steak beef stew' with extra rice and a beer."
"Mine is 'Chicken noodles with a salad and i'll take ice cream for a dessert. Renhe what about yours?"
Lucas asked me as he stared at the menu. My gaze also went to the menu, holding up mine and staring at everything there is to read. I can read them but only a handful of food i know is there. Taking a time before answering.
"I'll order everything in the menu."
"Hold up WHAT?!"
Thomas looked at me flabbergasted. It was the same as Lucas before questioning.
"Renhe, we know that you're rich but are you really going to try every food here?"
"Yes i atleast wanted to. And don't worry about it, you can order anything you want and i'll pay for it. Just think of it as a gratitude for aiding me."
The both looked at each other as they couldn't retort me. After pleading a sigh they then took another orders trying not to pass this opportunity.
As our food was being prepared, thw three of us got sent to a bigger table as the food couldn't fit to the table we sat back there.
"Seriously through. Can you really eat all the food you ordered here?"
Asked Thomas.
"Yes i can consume it all, i really wanted to try foods here. I lost the chance when we ate in the restaurant inside the university so i wouldn't want to pass this."
"... If you said so, well. sorry about that."
"Don't mind it, please treat this as a thanks for helping."
Having enough time for waiting, our food had finally arrived. Plates and bowls filled the table between without any reserves, coming from different shapes and size, each having their own different types of meals. As lobster sauced in red mushroom, the steamed chicken and beef leaves a smoke of trails, hot soup clouded the place as it shine.
I couldn't help but swallow my saliva as the fragrance of each food water's my mouth. There was no need for waiting. As such i consume. It was the same for both Lucas and Thomas.
"Ha ha. I've never seen this much food in personal"
"... Me too."
"And was i."
The three of us exchanged giggles as we focus in the contents of the table. We swallow, munched, chewed and gulped calories of foods. These appetizing meal. It was delicious.
"Ha ha ha ha ha ha. My daughter would have his eyes sparkle and her mouth would water if she saw the food here."
Thomas laughed as he told stories about his daughter. I mean who wouldn't? Even the three of us, our stomachs rumbled at the view here, even me who had not need for nourishment.
"When i took my baby out of her room, this is the place where we used to eat everytime we hang out. Well the last time was last month ago where i enrolled her in that school."
"This must be a cherished place i see."
"Yes. Yes it is. Well i always put them here, my three children and my wife when i have the chance to take a break in my last job."

We ate and ate, until our mouths is filled we wouldn't stop. As Thomas tell stories about his life and his children's, we still have our eyes on the food. Everything was fulfilling. As we filled our stomachs lucas have spoken up about a certain subject.
"Renhe, do you have a place to stay right?"
It was that time that i have stop moving my jaws for a second before answering his question.
"Not really. I move from place to place and i don't stay for for too long that's why."
It was a lie. Infact i had no place to stay here in these world. Which is why the night yesterday i had returned to the Kolealis stronghold. Without my retainer there, there was nothing to do other than sleep in that place. I would rather stay in this world in the street and just wander around aimlessly just to not go to that unremarkable fortress, and the fact that my bed there was made in stone.
"Is that so? Well it's better to just send the massage using panel rather than an actual letter."
"Hmm?"
"Oh well you see, you have two options on how to get your examined result. One is by manually locating a point address and it will get deliver to you by using a mail. Well you didn't sign any address right? Which is why you got the second opinion. It will be delivered to you contact's in the panel."

So it means that i only need to wait in just a day to deliver the message through the contact function and determine whether i passed or not. Yes it's just a day, but you see. Waiting is one of the most dull and tedious thing for a process. But it's fine cause after all i can manage.
"Well i'm actually looking for a new place. Is there something you can recommend?"
A troubled face appeared in their face as they looked at each other before they spoke.
"Hmm. I don't know through in my place i think you can sleep in my daughter's room just for the night but. If she realized it, things might not go well."
"Well my place can't really house another person and it's just a rental abode though."
"No. No. No. Please don't misunderstand, i'm just asking for a recommendation for a place to sleep. Something like an inn sort of."
"Ohh i'm sorry bout that. Well if it's something like that, how about renting an apartment? Like Lucas here?"
Thomas suggested. Unknown about the thought, i instinctively tilt my head in confusion. Upon realizing my sudden movement, Lucas responded.
"Oh, apartments is some of like an inn also but you stay for like a long time. Well if you're planning on staying in just a day or longer. Then pick a hotel, it's like an amazing place to stay cause it's quite the luxury."
"Ohh that's fabulous. Where can i locate one then?"
Thomas then started chugging off a beef before answering.
"Don't worry, about that kid. I'll drop you to a good hotel that i know. Now let us finish this banquet before leaving."
Upon realizing what he meant, the food in the table wasn't still done halfway through. It might have gonna take time to devour this all.

"Are you really sure you don't need help?"
"I appreciated your concern but now i have a bit of knowledge here and wanted to learn by myself."
I answered the worried Lucas as he's inside by the car and me outside. Having to drop me off by a hotel.
"Renhe, i'm thankful for treating us food. Also thanks for letting me order a take out. My children are gonna be happy with this food, especially my youngest."
Thomas gave me a plead of gratitude, as smile crept in his cheeks. It wasn't the sight where you wouldn't thought as the man scarred in his face with an aggressive demeanor would use. I nodded in comfort.
"You're welcome, you two helped me more after all. Well if you wanted help just message me."
Upon bidding farewell to me, the car had started it's mechanism and it is itching to move not until Thomas had spoken.
"Alright Renhe. You might need to go take a bath and change you clothes."
"Ugh. Please do not think of me as something filthy."
"Ah ha ha ha ha! I'm kidding. It's probably a second set, it doesn't look dirty at all. Alright, alright let's meet again sometime. Goodbye."
"We're gonna head off now Renhe. Goodbye."
"Yeah, farewell then."
After biddings our goodbyes, the car then started to get smaller and smaller as until it reaches the corner and disappeared. Leaving me here infront of the hotel.
Looking as to what's behind. A tall building and it's stretched out body following the shape of the alphabet C, looming around me as if swallowing me. Heading to the front door, i took a step inside. Lucas description wasn't exaggerated, this place was a luxury as it is than an inn.
People walked heading inside and outside. Walking down and up in the stairs, and leaving and entering the claustrophobic pulley. This place wasn't the same as that in the university. This was rather modern in standards, instead of the grandiose art in that place. People earned for inefficiency here after all. Yet it's still beautiful.
Moving my way to the girl in the counter.
"I'd like to book a room for a day."
"Very well please hold your hand on the verification."
The girl respond thus putting a square device that looks like in the university where Veibei had identified my indentity. Pressing my hands in it, a sudden beep leaved the device. Putting it down and the girl looked at the object she confirmed.
"You are verified. Please state your methods of payment."
"... What are the methods?"
"Um. It can be a credit card or manually."
"Very well, i'll pay manually."
The girl then proceeded my transactions and gave me a key. 'key no.402' it is said to be in the 9th floor as such i headed inside a pulley and pressed my finger in the number 9 button there. As the pulley advanced in floors to floors it finally opened in the 9th.
Stepping outside the pulley i looked at a door with the room 402. Wandering around until i finally saw it. Using the key in the handle it opened. Heading inside, it's now my place even if it's just for a day.
Glass acted as a wall. An S curved shaped table just within followed by chairs. In the wall was a huge black rectangled shaped object. Although not knowing it, i paid no mind but instead headed to the bed. Tired. Especially with the examination test. Lying down in it, it was smooth and fluffy to the point that i had fallen asleep already.
