Hi my name is Atlas Everfield and this is my life

My mom calls up the stairs "Atlas honey wake up don't wanna be late for school on ur first day" just then I jolt awake and look at the clock " 6:50 I have to be at school in ten minutes"I rush to get my clothes on a red mushroom shirt and blue jeans then i get my bag ready and rush down stairs I yell to my mom in the kitchen" mom I'm going to run to school"

My mom walks over to me " do u want me to drive u to school"I look at her as if to know her plan of trying to embarrass me in front of my school and it's the first day too so not a chance"no Mom I can walk I'll call you if I need you"I walk out the door and start walking towards the school when I see a girl with a short purple pixie cut walk over to me then she starts talking " wow I love ur blonde hair it's so long hi my name is Alex what's ur name " she sounded like she drank a bunch of coffee" oh my name is atlas and thanks I love the purple hair" she seemed overjoyed when I complimented her hair " oh my gosh thank u nobodys ever complimented my hair before so what's ur power " well it not like I need to keep my powers a secret " um I have fire control and generate" Alex's eyes lit up "no way me to what color is ur fire mine is purple " I had no idea that fire could be different colors " oh um mine is just the classic red " we where getting closer to school when Alex asked " hey can I see ur schedule" we exchange schedules and turns out our is the same and that's when we arrive at school and also how I meet my best friend
