Isabella was born into a loving family of seven: her grandmother, Agnes; parents, John and Elizabeth; and three younger siblings – brothers Alexander and Benjamin, and sister Charlotte. Growing up in a bustling household in Seoul, Isabella learned to be independent and focused from a young age.
She attended Sookmyung Girls' High School, a prestigious all-girls school in Seoul, where she excelled academically and discovered her passion for singing and painting. Her talent and dedication earned her top grades and recognition in local art competitions.
In college, Isabella studied medicine at Yonsei University, one of Korea's top universities. She spent countless hours studying at the Yonsei University Health System, honing her skills and knowledge. Her intelligence, discipline, and compassion earned her a spot among the top medical students.
After graduating, Isabella received a job offer from a renowned hospital in Italy just days later. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Bologna, impressing her colleagues with her exceptional skills and work ethic. She worked as a successful doctor for several years, touching countless lives with her kindness and expertise.
Now, after five years abroad, Isabella has returned to South Korea. As she emerged from the airport, she slipped on her glasses and hailed a taxi to take her home.
"This place hasn't changed a bit," she said to herself, gazing out the window at the familiar sights.
The taxi pulled up to her family's old house, looking exactly as she remembered it. Isabella felt a mix of emotions as she stepped out onto the winding path leading to the front door.
As Isabella walked through the front door, her family of six rushed to greet her, beaming with excitement.
"Isabella, you're finally home!" her mother exclaimed, opening her arms for a hug.
But Isabella brushed past her, feigning nonchalance. "Oh, I'm back. No big deal."
Her siblings stared at her in shock. "That's it?" Alexander asked, grinning. "No 'I missed you guys' or 'I'm so happy to see you'?"
Isabella shrugged,You're all still here, breathing up all the oxygen."
Charlotte, her younger sister, giggled. "Isabella, you're so mean!"
"Mean? Me?" Isabella raised an eyebrow. "I'm just stating facts. Now, Charlotte, take my luggage to my room. I need a nap."
"Welcome home, indeed," her father chuckled, shaking his head.
"Hey, don't mind her," her mother whispered to the others. "She's just tired from the trip."
But Isabella overheard. "I'm not tired, I'm just allergic to excessive sentimentality."
Her family exchanged amused glances, used to her teasing. "Well, it's good to have you back, anyway," her brother Benjamin said, grinning.
Isabella smirked. "I'll try to contain my excitement."
With that, she headed to her room, leaving her family to exchange laughter and knowing glances.
