The next morning, Logan woke up with sore muscles. It was a terrible night. He couldn't sleep for more than an hour and it showed on his face.
Widow's is going to be pissed.
With that thought, he stood up and stretched before heading to check on Izna. He hadn't seen her since the conversation from last night. Thankfully, he knew she was inside the room because of her sniffling.
She had been crying non-stop, even though he told her about the circles through the door. Snake was alive, but she was already mourning him.
"Izna?" he called, knocking on the door.
Still, there was no response. Logan sighed. No matter how close they were, she should at least take care of her health rather than cry about the loss. But before he could try again, Rose messaged him to be ready.
Logan hesitated for a moment, wanting to make sure Izna was alright before leaving. But ultimately, let her be. She wanted space, so he didn't want to push her anymore.
