1. Contract Length:
Number of Fights: 4 fights with the UFA (Ultimate Fighting Association).
Duration: Valid until all four contracted fights have been completed. UFA reserves the right to renew or terminate the contract based on performance and other factors.

2. Compensation:
Base Pay:
$12,000 per fight to show (Damon will receive $12,000 just for stepping into the octagon).
$12,000 additional win bonus (If Damon wins the fight, he will receive an additional $12,000).
Bonuses:
Performance of the Night bonus: $50,000 for exceptional fight performance.
Fight of the Night bonus: $50,000 for being part of the most exciting fight on the card.

3. Sponsorships:
UFA Gear Sponsorship: $4,000 per fight from Vexim (the official UFA apparel sponsor). Damon must wear Vexim apparel during fight week, weigh-ins, and inside the octagon.
Other Sponsorships: Damon is allowed to have additional sponsorships for training, but they cannot be worn or displayed during official UFA events, including weigh-ins, media appearances, and fights.

4. Medical Coverage:
Full Coverage: UFA will cover the cost of all medical examinations, pre-fight and post-fight medical checks, and any injuries sustained during official UFA events.
Rehabilitation: Coverage for rehabilitation and physical therapy related to fight injuries, up to UFA-approved limits.

5. Contract Termination:
UFA's Right to Terminate: UFA reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time, including, but not limited to, cases of repeated fight losses, unprofessional behavior, or violations of UFA's Code of Conduct.
Fighter's Termination: Damon can exit the contract early if released by UFA or if mutual terms are agreed upon by both parties.

6. Exclusivity:
Exclusive to UFA: Damon is contracted to fight exclusively for UFA during the duration of this agreement. He cannot compete in any other professional MMA or combat sports promotion without express permission from the UFA.
Other Combat Sports: Damon may request permission to participate in other combat sports, such as boxing or grappling competitions, but approval is at UFA's discretion.

7. Sponsorship Obligations:
Official UFA Sponsors Only: Damon must wear Vexim and other UFA-approved sponsor gear at all official UFA events, including weigh-ins, media appearances, and in the octagon.
No External Sponsorship Display: No external brands can be worn or displayed during UFA events unless approved by the UFA.

8. Fighter Conduct:
Code of Conduct: Damon is required to adhere to UFA's Code of Conduct, maintaining professionalism in and out of the octagon. Violations may result in fines, suspension, or contract termination.
Public Appearances: Damon is expected to make reasonable efforts to attend UFA-sponsored media events and promotional activities.

9. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Points:
No PPV Points: As a new fighter under this contract, Damon is not eligible for pay-per-view revenue sharing. This clause may be negotiated in future contracts depending on performance and fighter profile.

10. Contract Renewal:
Contract Negotiations: Upon completion of the four contracted fights, Damon will have the option to negotiate a new contract with UFA, subject to his performance and UFA's discretion. Terms, compensation, and fight duration may be renegotiated at that time.

11. Promotional Obligations:
Media and Marketing: Damon is required to participate in UFA promotional activities, including media interviews, press conferences, and open workouts, as requested by UFA.
Social Media: Damon must follow UFA's guidelines regarding social media use and promotional posts for sponsors and events.

12. Travel and Accommodations:
Provided by UFA: UFA will cover Damon's travel expenses and accommodations for all official fight weeks, as well as for media obligations as required.
