This was bliss...
The moment the warm lotus entered his mouth and he swallowed, an unfathomable sensation of bliss so intense that Neo's legs grew weak, like jelly, overcame him.
Neo had been so scared at first. Who wouldn't be? Who had ever heard of a mortal swallowing a treasure and surviving it?
That was a fact that had become taboo centuries ago!
Everyone knew the simple answer was death!
Even Spirituals dared not attempt to swallow a treasure.
Treasures were meant to be slowly absorbed into the Soul Space through a meditation process, after which the energy contained within the treasure would become gentle and be used to nourish the Celestial bodies.
That was the whole process of refining spirits and the main reason why treasures were so sought after in the first place.
This simply meant that even Spirituals dared not do what Neo had done!
Yet he could only watch as his own body performed such a reckless act!
Neo had already given up hope, thinking he would die without a doubt, but to his shock, instead of the explosion that was supposed to erupt from his stomach, a blissful sensation was what erupted instead.
And this sensation was truly intense!
Too intense!
Neo tried to hold it in as much as he could. He really tried; his face turned pink, and his eyes glazed over, but what was coming would come...
"Ohhhhh, fuck!"
Neo's moan was raspy and breathy.
It was so filled with pleasure that it was astonishing. If one were to close their eyes and only hear the sound, the thoughts that would come to mind would be R18, to say the least.
It was the kind of sound that would make young maidens shiver in fright and run away with red cheeks and pounding hearts...
Or the kind that would make experienced men chuckle, shake their heads, and think, 'She must be good.'
But Neo couldn't care about that right now. He couldn't care about anything other than the euphoric sensations that were wafting over his body in waves!
After the first moan, the gates to the indecent Hall of Moans had been ruthlessly torn down, and Neo could only listen as his body forced his mouth to make some really, really embarrassing moans!
Sorry, sounds!
"Hmmmmm! Ohhhhh, fuck! Aarghhh!"
The moans were endless. Neo was so grateful he was alone. If this had happened in a public place, he wouldn't be able to face anyone, no matter how hard he tried.
It would be bloody embarrassing!
Even if his face was seven inches thick!
Thud!
Neo's body crashed to the floor in a spasming heap. He struggled to push himself up and failed.
He kept trying to stand and kept failing. The slightest friction on any part of his body was enough to make his mind go blank with pleasure once more.
It didn't help that he was completely naked!
Finally, after minutes, Neo managed to stand up. Upon standing, he noticed that his vision was extremely blurry and swirly.
He was so dizzy he was almost blind!
The euphoric sensation had reduced significantly at this point, and Neo was able to form some basic thoughts in his brain.
Thump! Thump! Thump! Thump!
The first thing he noticed was that his hearts were beating.
Two loud thumping sounds resonated from his chest. One from the left and the other from the right.
Neo didn't even have the mental energy to get freaked out by this when the dizziness intensified.
Neo knew at once that he was going to pass out!
Neo's heart lurched.
If he did that out here, wouldn't the red-eyed beast come to munch his head off?
His bad luck would definitely make that happen!
The thought of danger filled Neo's weak knees with some strength, and he managed to barely walk to the blue pond.
He prayed he would get covered in a cocoon like the last time something crazy had happened, counting on that to prevent him from drowning.
It might sound mad, but Neo instinctively knew he was right.
Splash!
He fell into the pond like a log of wood.
Upon ensuring that he was at least a bit safer here, Neo couldn't hold on any longer and felt his consciousness fade.
Thump! Thump! Thump! Thump!
Only the loud beating of his two hearts could be heard for some time.
Then, purple runes began to appear all over his body, covering him in a suit of purple symbols.
Gradually, the runes sprouted a purple, mystical cocoon that enveloped his body completely.
He was sealed within the cocoon, preventing the water from reaching him and ensuring he didn't drown.
Time slowly passed.
Within the purple cocoon, Neo's mind was currently stuck in another dream.
In this dream, he was the same black glob of apocalyptic size that wandered the universe.
Everything about his lonely journey was the same once again.
There was no sense of time or direction in space, and all the black glob could do was simply float around in silence.
Anytime he encountered a planet, the glob would enlarge its apocalyptic mouth and swallow the planet in one bite.
No matter how big or how small the planets were, all it took was one bite.
Even solar systems were devoured in a single gulp!
Its mouth seemed as vast as space itself, and its taste buds were just as horrible.
The glob suffered through the journey for thousands of days, then thousands of years, and eons eventually passed.
Its mind was almost going mad! The silence made it feel like it was losing its sanity!
Then finally, the mysterious black planet appeared once again, floating silently in an empty corner of the universe.
It was completely alone. With no satellites or suns.
As usual, the apocalyptic glob widened its mouth and swallowed the small planet whole.
Its huge body had already begun floating forwards again when—

In the purple cocoon, Neo's eyes flew wide open with speed.
He had woken up!
