Chapter 4 - Chapter 3

Luckily professor Orion came inside the classroom.

Get a seat Nadia and stop standing: Prof said .

She gave me that icy stare and I returned it with a glare.

Classes went on and finally it came to an end,it was lunch time and my stomach growled.

I packed my books into my locker.

Someone tapped me from behind .I turned only to see a girl with a messy hair.

Gosh! this girl is so dirty: I said in my mind.

The principal needs you in his office now: the girl informed and left.

What a weirdo: I muttered.

I went to the principal's office and knocked on the door.

Come in:Mrs Smith said.

I went in as told.

Principal you sent for me: I said .

Yes, your mom dropped these bunch of keys and she also kept a letter for you:Mrs Smith said, giving me the letter.

Thank you Ma: I said.

It's my pleasure: She replied, staring at the reports.

Miss Lyra: She called.

Yes Ma: I answered.

Shut the door when you're out:She said.

Was I supposed to leave it opened: I muttered.

What did you say:Mrs Smith said, removing her glasses.

Nothing Ma: I said.

Good: she replied.

I heaved a sigh of relief, lunch time was over and I had to stay with an empty stomach. It was going home time, Lester came and picked me up,we headed back home.

I didn't undress, I rushed to the kitchen and dish food, I sat on the dining chair and ate till my satisfaction. After then, I went to my room, took a bath and started doing my project.

Lyra, I'm home:Vida said, entering my room.

Can you lower your voice, I'm doing my project: I said, staring at my laptop.

Okay, I'm going to laurel's:Vida said.

I looked up.

Where did you go to before: I asked still glaring at her.

I went to get some ice cream, I was bored and there's no snacks in the fridge: Vida stated.

Don't leave this house without my permission, I'll get you some snacks later on: I replied.

I promise never to go out without telling you, can I go to laurel's place:Vida pleaded.

Don't stay too long: I answered.

Thank you sister, you're the best: She ran out of the room .
