OMH!!!
A deep sound echoed in the young man's mind. The petal symbol was tinged with an intense green light, and the brilliant cloud that had accompanied the other artifacts instantly enveloped the young man's hand.
OMH!!!
A few seconds passed, and Atlas felt something heavy above his palm. However, it was difficult to see its shape with the mist in the way, but to the touch, it felt like a misshapen sphere the size of his fist.
Compared to past fog, this one was much denser, and blowing on it was not enough to chase it away. Surprisingly, he had to wait until the mist vanished to reveal the artifact.
OMH!
The strange object was shaped like a crystal ball and had an opaque surface, making it difficult to tell what was inside.
Also embedded on the top was a peculiar golden animal paw with four black claws so long that their tips wrapped around the sphere until they touched the underside of it.
It was a rather peculiar artifact and very different from those he had previously obtained.
The first thing he noticed, besides its shape, was that it was not consuming Chaos Energy to keep him in this world.
Atlas continued to observe the artifact in search of the summoning command when, at one point, he heard the creature gasp...
Grarl...
"The Aetherium Heart... then it really exists..."
"Aetherium Heart..." Atlas repeated those words, and surprisingly, the sphere vanished into thin air.
Grarl...
"Kid... I can't believe my eyes... I don't know how you came into possession of this Primordial Rune, but I must admit that you have dumb luck..."
"... In all my long existence, I have been able to admire the divine powers of the Aether's powers only once."
Atlas stared spellbound at his hand and then muttered: "So this is a Primordial Rune... Do you know anything else about it?"
Grarl.
"Hmm... It is an ancient artifact, or, well... someone also called it a 'rune' for some reason... However, what matters is that with the Aetherium Heart, we have something extremely beneficial to help us..."
The creature seemed to know something, so Atlas carefully listened to it.
"... According to my inherited memories, the Aetherium Heart contains the Illusory Eos Seeds necessary for the Aethereal Ebony Orchid, which allows the master to open a gateway to the Nihility Dimension and access all the channels connected to the other flowers..."
"... Unfortunately, I don't think you have enough power to make the flowers bloom, so you will have to rely on someone else if you wish to harness its powers."
The more Atlas listened to him, the more fascinated he became...
The Nihility Dimension... The Illusory Eos Seeds and the Aethereal Ebony Orchid.
It was all so intriguing.
However, the last words shattered his dreams of planting these flowers by himself.
How could he remain calm?
"Aetherium Heart..." Atlas recalled the crystal and looked for clues on how to activate its incredible power, but he was interrupted by the creature...
Grarl...
"Wait... this is not the ideal place to plant the seed... let's get out of the cave..."
The boy felt a strange sensation envelop his body and found himself a moment later blinded by the garish rays of sunlight.
Somehow, they had teleported out and were standing a few steps from the entrance to the majestic mountain.
Grarl...
"Here is fine... I will use my power to make the flower bloom so you can return to this island whenever you want..."
Falgnis seemed elated, but Atlas was dubious about planting his first seed in this dangerous place.
The creature noticed the doubt in the young man and reassured him...
Grarl.
"Don't worry... this will only help you place a direct passage between the Nihility Dimension and my island, nothing more. And clearly, only you can pass through this portal. If I want to enter the Nihility Dimension, I can do it only if you lead the way. Otherwise, it's impossible to accomplish it, even with my immense powers."
His words somehow calmed his troubled heart, so Atlas went back to searching for clues about the globe. After a few seconds, he heard the creature's voice again.
Grarl...
"What are you looking for?"
"Well... I honestly don't know... how do you activate these so-called Illusory Eos Seeds?"
The young man's question was more than reasonable, but the creature answered in an equally shocked manner...
Grarl...
"Are you stupid? Artifacts of this grade have a consciousness within them. Just connect your mind to it, and everything will be clearer to you... such a majestic object is just wasted in your hands..."
It was a hard blow for the young man to hear those words.
Unfortunately, the creature's words were the truth.
Even though Falgnis had told him what to do, the young man did not know how to get his sense into an object, so he looked up at the creature and, with an embarrassed expression, asked: "How...how should I do it?"
Hearing his question, Falgnis was once again speechless.
Grarl...
"Ridiculous..."
Evidently, the creature was exasperated by his ignorance, but he finally calmly explained the process...
"Let your Chaos Energy flow into the crystal and speak its name in your mind..."
"Will that be enough?" Atlas could not believe that it was so simple and questioned the creature again, which reached its limit of endurance.
Grarl...
"Boy... don't waste any more of my time..."
Atlas took his blatant threat as an answer and followed instructions quickly.
Surprisingly, the process did not last long, but it still consumed almost all of the Chaos Energy in his body.
The crystal was ready, so he called out loudly in his mind...
'Aetherium Heart!!!'
