As the four of them walked back out onto the street, everyone around them was mostly wearing robes.
The three kids quickly went over to Katherine to bring out their brand-new black robes to blend in with everyone else.
"Mom, aren't you going to wear a robe too?" Sophia curiously asked.
"Of course. I'm only not wearing one earlier because you guys didn't have one yet."
With a snap of a finger, a purple robe with a little dark orb badge appeared out of thin air, covering most of Katherine's uniform.
"Okay, let's go shopping for just a few more things, and then we can eat the lunch that you guys have been dying to try out."
A few hours later...
As the sun began to set on the horizon, Katherine was finally finished shopping for magical tools.
They now had a bunch of blank scrolls and a basic oak-like wand, which was clearly labeled as meant for Mage level 3.
The only interesting thing was when she brought the three to watch an auction. Although they didn't buy anything, watching mages fight over magical items at absurd prices was an eye-opening experience.
The three also learned that the currency in the magical world wasn't gold or silver coins.
Instead, it was a blue crystal shard named ethum, the same currency that was on Katherine's blue card to pay for everything.
After the auction, Alex quickly tried to cover his face as the three of them dragged him into a female undergarment shop.
Fortunately, all the nearby customers didn't think of him as some creep or something. Rather, it was a sense of pity from the male customers.
It was almost as if they felt bad for him for being forced to watch an older woman, aka his mom, change clothes right before him.
However, it was further from the truth as Alex was the one being forced to change into whatever Katherine picked.
From bras to even panties that looked way too feminine for his liking, he quickly rejected those and only accepted one that looked 'normal.'
At some point, he lost count of how many times he went in and out of the changing room to get more pairs.
In the end, Alex settles for a few pairs of basic white panties and a few basic bras for the future.
Meanwhile, Sophia and Mary fully enjoyed picking her undergarments to their liking with no interference from Katherine.
"I'm only wearing these panties when I'm having a period... This is a necessary purchase..."
Alex swore inside his head as he handed the undergarment over for Katherine to put into her dimension pocket.
After everything was paid for and put away, Katherine finally brought the three kids to a nice restaurant nearby.

"You guys can order anything on the menu... I'll be right back."
As Katherine headed over to talk with a few of the employees, the three kids excitedly began reading over the food menu.
A few minutes later...
When Katherine came back to her seat, the three kids excitedly handed the menu back to her.
"Geez, are you guys trying to bankrupt me?"
Katherine's eyes couldn't believe what she saw as almost half the menu had a circle around it.
"We are just curious what they taste like... Mom, you can cancel some of them." Sophia apologized.
Seeing both girls and even Alex looking a little down with a little guilt evident on their faces, Katherine's heart softened.
"It's fine. But just only one each. You three have to share."
"Yay!"
As Katherine clicked confirm on the menu, it flew out of her hand as she headed to the front desk.
"Wow... That thing can just fly like that?" Mary murmured in awe, and the other two looked to be in awe as well.
"The power of magic. It's convenient, isn't it?"
A stranger suddenly chimed in as she sat down next to Katherine before grabbing her on the shoulder.
"Hey Emily, long time no see." Katherine coldly replied.
"Don't be so cold. Come on. We had been classmates for years now. Didn't you just come over to tell me——"
Before the stranger could finish talking, Katherine interrupted her by clearing her throat several times.
"Fine, fine. My name is Emily, but you can just call me sister Emily. As you can see, I'm your mom's former classmate."
Emily paused for a second before clicking a little button on the wall.
"I'm also the owner of the restaurant you guys are currently sitting in. And don't worry, I'm not as stingy as your mother.
I already ordered the things you guys want three times for each of you... Henry, are you finished yet?"
"In three minutes."
A robotic voice came out from the kitchen, shocking Alex a little as he thought he would never hear that kind of voice tone again.
"Ahem, anyway. Your mom said you guys want that special milk from the Far East, right?"
Both girls immediately nodded in agreement like crazy, with Alex only nodding slightly.
"I'll get that right now for you guys. And don't worry about the cost. Your mom already pays for it."
As Emily headed inside the kitchen, Alex noticed Katherine's vein popping on her head as if she was holding in the urge to punch someone.
"Mom, you okay?" Sophia curiously asked as she began to notice the change on Katherine's face as well.
"Yeah, I'm fine... Emily has a little loose screw in the head, so don't mind her sometime acting a little weird."
The three noted it in their head as they patiently waited for the food to be served.
After waiting exactly three minutes, the food finally came. But to the kid's surprise, an almost human-size golem with a happy face drawn on it carried the food to the table.
"Your food... The other half is still cooking."
As the golem walked off to answer other tables, the kid's mind was completely blown away.
"Mom, what was that thing?" Mary curiously asked.
"It's a golem summoner. It's a type of magic that summons things to do things for you for a certain period."
Alex quickly noticed Katherine's eyes staring at the food rather than their faces when explaining, so he decided to give half of his portion to her.
"Mom, try it... I'm kind of full."
Katherine hesitated for a second, but after seeing Alex insisting again by pushing the plate over, she picked it up with the fork and ate it.
"Mhm... It's so sweet!" Katherine commented.
The other two girls were too busy eating even to talk as they let out a mhm in agreement.
Just as the four of them were about to finish eating the food that was being served, Emily finally returned with three cups of milk.
"Here it is. The special menu from the Far East of——"
"Emily..."
Katherine's sudden dark tone caused Emily to shut her mouth instantly before quickly giving the milk to the three kids.
"Please enjoy."
Emily quickly walked away, heading into the kitchen as the three kids looked down at the milk in the cup.
"Ooh, I finally get to try this... I hope it's really as sweet as you describe it, Alex."
As Sophia took a small sip of the milk, her eyes widened. She couldn't believe how sweet and buttery it tasted.
The texture and softness of the milk were perfect, better than any drinks she had ever tried before.
Mary quickly took a sip and thought the same way Sophia did. Her eyes widened, unable to believe how good it tasted.
However, as Alex drank a sip himself, he noticed it tasted a little different from the one in the morning.
"What do you guys think?" Katherine asked as she finished up Alex's leftovers.
"Great!" Both girls replied at the same time as they put down their empty cups.
"Mom, you should drink some too."
As Alex moved the remaining cup of milk over to Katherine, her face suddenly started to blush.
"You sure, Alex? You don't want to drink the whole thing?" Katherine asked as she quickly calmed back down.
"Yeah, I'm sure... Mom, you haven't had any water for the whole day. You should really try this out yourself."
After a short silence, Katherine lifted the cup and drank it all down before handing it back to Alex.
"Your food is here..."
The golem reappeared as it put the rest of the food onto the table, causing the kid's attention to shift back to the food.
Meanwhile, Katherine's face blushed red as if she were embarrassed by something she had just done.

As the four of them began walking back home, Katherine was constantly bombarded with pleading to eat there every day.
The answer disappointed the two girls, but they quickly shifted their demand to have the same milk Alex had for breakfast.
Alex could tell she clearly wanted to reject it and make it exclusive to him for some reason. Yet, to his surprise, she caved into their demands.
"Mom, does this milk cost a lot? You can give my portion to them instead."
Alex suggested, as his brain calculated that the cost of transporting something from the Far East to here sounded extremely expensive.
"Don't worry about the cost... Even if I went bankrupt, I'd still buy it for you guys."
