Chapter 215: Am I stupid?
Ling Xue had noticed Miss Chloe hmphing to herself from time to time for some reason she didn't understand, but she didn't think much of it as the only thing she had to focus on right now was surviving, as the feeling of death was still engraved in her, which she had experienced earlier.
Chloe, seeing how she couldn't even meet her eyes when standing in front of her closely, said in her cute voice with a hint of annoyance present:
"Urgh, match my eye level! Are you trying to look down on me?" She didn't forget to stomp her foot on the ground at the end to show her displeasure.
She normally should have said this; however, knowing Ling Xue was scared of her right now, she wouldn't normally talk like this, and more importantly, it would be much better for her if she explained to her while looking directly into her eyes, according to her.
