Chapter 47 - The Trial of Wisdom

They approached the blue door, which shimmered like a clear sky. As it swung open, they stepped into a serene landscape filled with tranquil waters and towering mountains. The air was cool and refreshing, and the atmosphere felt calm yet charged with energy.

"Welcome to the Trial of Wisdom," the voice echoed. "To pass, you must answer the riddles of the ancient spirits."

Before them stood three ethereal figures, each radiating a different color. The first spirit, draped in blue, spoke first, its voice melodic and soft. "I am not alive, yet I can grow. I do not have lungs, but I need air. What am I?"

The group exchanged glances, the riddle echoing in their minds.

"Fire!" Litho exclaimed. "It grows and needs air, but it isn't alive!"

"Correct," the spirit replied, its form shimmering. It gestured for them to move forward, and the next spirit spoke.

"I can travel around the world while staying in a corner. What am I?"

Dragan furrowed his brow. "A stamp! It can travel on letters while remaining in the corner."

"Correct again," the second spirit responded, smiling as it dissipated into sparkles.

The final spirit, adorned in deep blue, asked its riddle: "I speak without a mouth and hear without ears. I have no body, but I come alive with the wind. What am I?"

The group fell silent, contemplating the riddle.

"A whisper!" Myra finally said, her voice rising in realization. "It can travel with the wind and be heard without a physical form."

"Indeed," the spirit affirmed, glowing with approval. "You have passed the Trial of Wisdom."

As the spirits faded, the serene landscape transformed back into the Sacred Grove. They had faced the trial with intellect and insight, showcasing their ability to think collectively.

"Now, we face the final trial," Elara announced, her gaze shifting toward the green door.
