Naruto Pov
It was the morning and I was walking to the academy with Sasuke. We entered the classroom and sat down and waited for Iruka to come in. He entered and started to tell us that today, we would be put into teams, and a Senesi would be assigned to our team and mentor us. He started to assign them to their new teams. I took a nap and waited until he called my name. Then I heard him call out my name. I was in a team with Sasuke and Sakura, which was annoying because she was practically deadweight. He also assigned us a Senesi. His name was Kakashi Hatake. I knew him from the bingo book they call him the copycat ninja.
We waited until Kakashi arrived. We waited for hours, but he still hadn't arrived yet, so I decided to just take a nap and wait. In the middle of my nap, I felt a familiar chakra signature. It was the feeling of an Ambu that used to watch me twenty-four-seven. I looked at the door, and I saw it was Kakashi who had entered; then it clicked he was the Ambu who used to protect me. He told us to meet on top of the roof and disappeared. I could use the body flicker and get to the roof but I decided to just use the stairs. I don't want to show all my cards yet. So we were on the roof waiting for Kakashi to talk, and then he told us to introduce ourselves, but Sakura told him to tell us about him first to give us an example of what to say. He basically told us nothing and told me to go first. I told him that my likes were training, sleeping, studying interesting people, and ramen. My dislikes are annoying people, stupid people, fangirls, and the villagers. My goal is peace. I wish to end the fighting and make the world a better place to live. Then Sakura went and I just ignored her because everything she said had something to do with Sasuke. Then Sasuke went and he said he wanted to kill a certain someone at any cost.
When we were all finished, Kakashi told us that the real genin test started tomorrow, and Sakura and Sasuke were shocked that we were not genin yet. I acted shocked, but in reality, I already knew that there was another test because if all it took to become a genin was to do three simple Jutsu, then a lot of ninjas would be dead. He told us not to eat breakfast tomorrow and then he disappeared in a swirl of leaves. Sakura asked Sasuke on a date, but he declined, and we walked home together and got ready for the next day.
