"Is what you said accurate?" Inside the royal palace, Blue bird king sat on his royal throne while stroking his gray beards slowly, asked in a dignified manner.
"Your majesty, what i said is one hundred percent accurate." Minister Hao said solemnly.
"After so much negotiation, we invited the Scattering Wind sect to assist us in solving the calamity. But they actually left without saying anything?" Blue bird king looked outside the window as his gaze fell on the faraway mountains.
"That is indeed true, your majesty. Currently, the kingdom's situation isn't optimistic. People going missing and brutal mysterious deaths are still occurring everywhere. Citizens are in panic, there are many occurrences of rebellion erupting." Minister Hao reported with a sad expression.
"This is a troubled time for the kingdom. With the emergence of treasure of the Lost era, the situation became even more chaotic. Great powers from different regions and states are eying this piece of land like a hawk. One mishap and the kingdom will go down the abyss." Blue bird King spoke in a tranquil voice with no trace emotion.
Minister Hao was amazed by his calmness. The kingdom was on the verge of collapse but the king still exuded the calmness of an ancient god. Even if the sky collapse his majesty would still sit calmly without batting an eyelid.
"What should we do, your majesty?" He asked in a respectful voice.
"Let the water flow however it wants, we just have to deal with it when the time comes." Blue bird King spoke calmly.
"I obey." Minister Hao left the grand hall silently.
When the minister left, A young girl walked into the hall with a tensed expression.
Her features were beautiful as a fairy, with clean white dress, she looked like an immortal, untouched by mortal dusts.
"Father?" She asked looking at Blue bird king's back worriedly.
"Child, i told you not to worry about anything. As long as i am here, you just have to live well." Blue bird king turned around slowly, his voice was full of tenderness.
The girl wanted to say something but was interrupted by the King again. "Child, your cultivation is progressing very well. Even though you started late, with enough consistency, you could definitely catch up to those heaven's chosen sons and daughters.
Go, cultivate well. Do not worry about anything outside of your own cultivation. Leave everything to me."
"Yes, father." She turned around and left with a dejected expression.

In fact few hundred years ago, Blue bird kingdom didn't even exist. The progenitor of the Blue bird kingdom was a small blue bird who had been enlightened and reached the Dao. Step by step he was able to reach Dao sovereign realm. Stepping into Dao sovereign realm when the world was divided into nine continents, and spiritual Qi was thin, it was difficult than ascending to heaven. After the establishment of Blue bird Kingdom, the progenitor vanished mysteriously. No one knew where he went or what happened.

"A monster." Li Shenrong said, taking a small sip.

"Yess, a monster! That day, i felt what true despair feels like. Hahaha Eastern territory is finished! No one can save it. The world is going to end. No one is its match." There was a trace of madness and insanity as he spoke.
