Sean's group of six followed Hart into his office. Hart, preparing tea, said lightly, "You four are the only Muggles in this office. Let's have some tea. It's ambergris from Australia, quite fine."
"Okay, little guy, tell me what you think," Hart prompted.
Sean took a sip of the ambergris tea and instantly felt a jolt of energy. After a moment, he began calmly, "Back to the topic, since you want to invest, you'll need Galleons."
"But these Galleons don't have to come from Gringotts. Our target is those rich wizards who keep their Galleons in Gringotts, letting them gather dust."
"They're wealthy and naturally want to become richer. Galleons just sitting there aren't multiplying. That's when we launch financial products."
Using modern financial knowledge, Sean explained concepts to the centuries-old goblin. In less than an hour, Hart was taking notes, and three hours later, his initial contempt turned to admiration.
Even Wendell Granger looked at Sean in shock, amazed by theories unheard of in their world.
Just as Sean was about to explain the most crucial part, he stopped. Hart, in a hurry, grabbed Sean, pleading, "Mr. Sebastian, then what? How exactly are we going to build this business empire?"
Hart now addressed Sean with respect. Sean gave a mysterious smile and remained silent. Hart sighed, sat down, and whispered, "Okay, state your terms."
"I want Gringotts," Sean declared.
"Impossible!" Hart screamed, drawing his wand to drive Sean away.
Sean raised a finger, vowing, "Give me a chance. I can sign a contract with you. Within three years, I'll double the value of Gringotts!"
"Impossible. You can't take Gringotts just with words. Do you know how much a billion Galleons is worth?" Hart sneered.
"Don't mention it if it's less than a billion," Sean replied.
"Billion!? Have you ever seen that much money? It's a shame!" Hart mocked.
Sean chuckled lightly, "The founder of Restmoment Group has a market value of 6 billion pounds, and within this year, it will exceed 10 billion. I control the whole process."
Raymond confirmed, "Yes, in fact, the Raymond Group is controlled by Sean."
This revelation left Hart and the Granger family stunned.
Hart took a deep look at Sean and closed his eyes. "He's communicating with his companions. It's a goblin talent," Hermione whispered to the group.
Sean remained calm, knowing Hart was verifying his claims. After a while, Hart opened his eyes, staring at Sean. "Three years is too long. Two years. If you fail, you will serve Gringotts forever."
"Deal!" Sean bared his teeth and extended his hand.
"Stop! Sean, goblins are very strict with contracts. If you fail, not even Headmaster Dumbledore can save you!" Hermione pulled Sean away, explaining nervously.
Sean patted Hermione on the head, feeling her fluffy hair. "It's okay. Don't be nervous. I know exactly what I'm doing."
Sean stretched out his hand and clasped it with Hart's large, withered hand. Immediately, a parchment appeared in front of them, floating.
Hart was the first to place his handprint on the contract. Sean followed suit. The moment Sean pressed his handprint, the contract broke and vanished.
"Then I look forward to your performance, boss," Hart bowed and whispered.
"Call me Master."
"You should contact the wealthy wizards first to see if they have any interest in managing their money. I'll go back and draft a plan and send it to you. How can we stay in touch?"
"Please extend your hand, young master," Hart said respectfully.
After Sean extended his hand, Hart's long black nails drew something on Sean's palm. The pattern flickered and vanished, leaving a gold coin-shaped imprint.
"When needed, you can contact me with the magic communication mark. It's unique to goblins."
Sean nodded with satisfaction, "If that's the case, I'll take my leave."
When Sean emerged from Gringotts, he carried a purse filled with over 800 gold Galleons.
The Granger family looked at Sean with complicated expressions. Though they didn't fully grasp the intricacies of the wizarding world, they understood the concept of a bank. Sean had managed to acquire one with just his words.
"Okay, it's time to go shopping. Would you like to join us, Mr. Granger?" Sean asked.
