Megan followed Gabriel over to the beast. He put a hand out to her to tell her not to come any closer. She stopped and stood there watching this terrifying monster being held down by the swords at its throat and abdomen.
"What was your mission here?" Afton asked. The creature hissed at him. Gabriel pushed the blade into the demon's stomach and started to twist the blade. The creature shrieked so loud that Megan covered her ears.
"Answer the question." Gabriel ordered twisting a little further.
"To bring birdy to South." The demon's tone was a deep hiss.
"What condition?" Gabriel question kicking the demon savagely
"Unharmed, South claim birdy for himself. Two mates… unlimited power." The demon rasped.
Gabriel looked at Afton and nodded. Afton sliced the creature's head off in one quick motion.
