Chapter 34 - Guards

-3 hours later-

Markon POV

I looked at the dead corpse in front of me with a pondering face. The person that was offered to me by my Anbu looked familiar. The person was a dark skinned man with a gray hair buzz cut. He was tall and bulky and had a small head.

"Hmmm… Do I know this guy? He seems familiar…" I questioned.

As I try to remember anyone that looked like him in the Alabasta Arc, I suddenly remember a person that ate a Devil Fruit that can turn his body into blades. "Is this guy Mr. One?"

"Oh well, it doesn't really matter."

I quickly asked Orlon to use this guy to make a new Avatar for Mereoleona Vermillion. Mr. One's body began disintegrating in front of me, and a blue prompt appeared. It was an avatar of Mereoleona, the same figure I fought a few hours ago.

After I accepted, Mereoleona appeared before my eyes while grunting. I smiled at her as she stood up and looked at me.

"How was it? The feeling of death I mean." I mocked.

"You… What was that?" Mereoleona was momentarily shocked but quickly got over it and asked a question.

I smiled and answered her, "You just felt the temperature of the sun alongside Armament Haki. I would be surprised if you survived that."

She granted and questioned, "Didn't you say there was no Magic in this world?"

I stood up and helped her as well. We walked towards the castle where Xin Zhao and Princess bubblegum were at while watching the fight. As we walked, I began to explain the power scaling in the world of One Piece. She was intrigued when I mentioned the strong people in this world, and how a man was known as the "Strongest Creature."

Mereoleona grinned and yelled, "I'll hunt them down!"

"Well, I do have two tasks for you. I want you to deliver goods for me and…"

"What?! I don't want to!"

"Listen. This is important, and only you can do it alongside Xin Zhao. There are some positives, such as being able to help people. And plus, if you can meet that person, then you will be far stronger than before."

As we got to the castle, I informed the other summons about the mission they will be going to. I released them and went to the builder to build a boat, alongside Xin Zhao, who suggested we train together.

After I asked the builder to build a boat, I began placing the rewards I got: The farms. The farms were larger than expected, and were more abundant. We tested and confirmed that it did grow faster than normal farms.

I set the two ladies into farming. After all, this Kingdom has equal rights. After I sent the two to the farm, me and Xin Zhao began to train.

Xin Zhao's training was vastly different from Rengar's. Rengar's training was more brute and savagery. It was wild and yet calculating. However, Xin Zhao's training was more leaning towards precision and weaponry. I finally got to use my two daggers properly.

2 days have passed as we trained and trained. And the more Xin Zhao gave me guidance, the more proficient I became on weapons. Afterall, a hunter can't only use one tool. In just two days, I now know the basics in spearmanship, swordsmanship, and the two daggers I wield. And finally, I now have my own fighting style, which is a combination of weaponry with hunting.

As the two days passed, the farm had stocked up on food, and I built a barrack for the cards. The three cards belonged to Anya's family, so I summoned them the next day. Furthermore, as the food began overflowing, the boat finished and all of the new summons, except Princess Bubblegum, began to set sail towards Alabasta.

I told Princess Bubblegum to stay as I needed someone to write laws and regulations. She was a Princess, so she knew more than an average person. And as we made laws, I got a mission that I quickly finished. It was a mission about creating laws, and the rewards for it was a card.

[Rewards has been given:

Banana Guards (D Tier).]

I put the card in the barrack I built for Anya's parents, and so now I could infinitely clone these bastards. Although I would need a significant amount of money, as they cost 100k per clone.

I asked Myne for some more money, to which she replied with a pout and gave me enough to clone 100 guards.

The guards, as the name suggests, were made out of bananas. Their intelligence was that of a child, and their strength wasn't even comparable to the herbivores in this island. You could say they were as strong as me when I got here. Although I don't know how strong they will become if they learn Haki, I wouldn't be using them for my army, just day to day police work.

When Princess Bubblegum saw the Banana Guards, she was delighted as they once served her. It took a lot of my time and Bubblegum's time to explain to them what their new jobs will be.
