"Ahh!" Christopher screamed, surveying the chaotic sitting room. The Simeon kids seemed to hold degrees in destruction when angry.
The havoc was no less than what Evelyn had unleashed the last time. Evelyn stood calmly, leaning on the railing with her arms folded across her chest, watching her brother's rampage with a detached air.
"What's all this drama about?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. "It's not like she's worthy of you in the first place. Good riddance."
Evelyn had never liked Sophia, preferring her best friend for her brother. Christopher's love for Sophia, a woman with no decent background, only fueled Evelyn's disdain.
Julian Jr. nodded in agreement, supporting Evelyn. "Evelyn is right, brother. Sophia doesn't deserve you. She –"
"Shut your mouth!" Christopher yelled, his anger boiling over. Though furious, he couldn't direct it at Evelyn, so Julian bore the brunt of his frustration.
