Angelo is told to teleport from the headquarters to an alleyway in L.A, But he ends up next to the Hollywood sign. The scream he let out when he almost fell off the cliff made the birds fly for their lives. He closes his mouth and leans backward falling to the ground. The rise and fall of his chest stops when he takes in the view.
He has made up his mind that this is going to be his spot, only if he learns how to control how he teleports. He sits there looking forward, he can see the city from afar and in that city are millions of people living their own lives not aware of the supernatural world that's around them.
And in that city, there are evil angels that don't have the common sense to not do what their "creator" wants them to do.
