Christopher never thought that in a million years he was ever going to be going back to high school, a public school for that matter, a public school for the rich. He also never imagined that someone would be stealing halos from heaven just to put them inside human beings. His head is filled with so many questions like, who is this person? How did they get to heaven? Why are they doing this?
The biggest mystery now is Angelo because it is clear that there is something special about him. Christopher has not forgotten about the feeling he felt when Angelo hugged him. It was some kind of trance, a good one, he saw his parents. His parents were happy and he was happy. He felt like he was in a better place with them.
But why is that? His parents are criminals, they betrayed the clave, they broke the rules, and they killed humans when it was the number one rule not to. He should not be feeling any kind of safety with his dead parents.
