I trudged towards the classroom building, fully accepting my fate of being late. The distance to Class 1-4 was less than a minute, but at this point, it didn't really matter. By the time I got there, the first period would be over in about twelve minutes.
As someone who once proudly called himself the "Master of Tardiness" back in middle school, I knew exactly how to handle situations like this. In cases like these, I'd usually kill time somewhere else. Why? Because walking into a classroom with only ten minutes left is just plain awkward.
