Normally, you'd think it was sarcasm after she prefaced it with, "Not a bad skill." However, when she said it was "repulsive on a physiological level," that's a feeling most girls could understand. Coming from Shinka Shibahime, the Ice Princess, this was purely a genuine compliment. As someone well-trained in understanding her ways, I could tell.
"It's ideal for long-distance skill attacks. And since you have three of them, it seems like the possibilities are wide."
