Unlike his own Skill Tree, which had sprouted within the confines of his arm and extended outward like a restrained, growing sapling, this entity was wild, unbound, and utterly malevolent. It consumed Hayate's flesh, subsuming him entirely.
(It looks similar to my Skill Tree, but this... this thing is soaked in blood. And it's devouring him.)
