The departure of Askara for a business trip left Arumi feeling uneasy about her presence. It seemed someone had realized she wasn't Amanda. On several occasions, Arumi was cornered with questions she almost couldn't answer.
The situation became even more difficult when Vina, who according to Arumi had a good relationship with Amanda, was around.
"What if they realize the truth?" Arumi's growing worry was becoming harder to hide.
Fear of more probing questions from Vina made Arumi distance herself from activities outside the house. Eventually, Vina asked Vany about Arumi's absence, openly expressing her suspicions while they chatted casually in the kitchen, busy with cooking tasks.
"It seems she's been out of the house more often these days, right? Why don't you remind Amanda of the duties of a good wife and daughter-in-law?" Vina commented as she chopped vegetables.
