One morning, after breakfast, Xuexue and Big Bull headed up the mountain.
Chuner, that little girl, ran off early to play with Xiao Gougou and probably wouldn't come back until past noon, unless she got hungry.
Madam Xie was a hardworking farmer's wife, and even though life had improved, Xuexue kept telling her not to work too hard and to visit Aunt Li sometimes to chat and enjoy some relaxation, since Aunt Li was lonely and they got along well; they'd be good company for each other. But she just couldn't sit still.
