The man stopped.

"These wands are spell-amplifying; they make the amount of energy a mage can control triple. It means a mage can achieve three times the work with the same mana they would use before to achieve the same work. A terrifying weapon indeed," the man said. The mages' faces shone as they looked at the wands.
