Roshni's concern turned to Ayan's bleeding wound. "We should go to the hospital." Ayan brushed it off, "I'm fine. Why did you agree to this blind date?" Roshni's eyes locked onto his, "I didn't choose to come. My mother wants me to marry soon. But I love you, Ayan. Will you marry me?"
Ayan's shock was palpable, but before he could respond, Roshni's phone rang. Her mother lay unconscious in MedCity Hospital, critical condition. Tears streamed down Roshni's face as she rushed to the hospital, Ayan following closely behind.
