Is nomadic hunting more stable, or is agricultural farming more stable?

It is the same with Embracing the Void realm—is the business of beast skins and bones from hunting stable, or is the herb business of the medicine manor stable?
The answer is equally obvious.
The former might suddenly reap a windfall due to encountering a herd of beasts, and the latter might suffer poor yields due to natural disasters, but in the long term, the latter is definitely more stable.
