She was angry that Lind had left on his expedition without her.
Doris believed she should seize this opportunity to document Lind's journey with poetry or in other ways.
Especially after hearing that Lind had taken down Raven City within a single day, she regretted missing out on a glorious victory, but Lind had clearly refused to let her accompany him before.
She came over furiously, having prepared a mental draft along the way, hoping to persuade Lind to take her on this journey.
