"Hmm?" Lind looked up at Lania.
"Do you remember the first time I met you? You were just a fool following behind Cote, a yes-man, always talking about 'the Great Prince, the Great Prince'." Her mouth pouted in a comical imitation that did not resemble a queen at all.
Lind couldn't stand this provocation, "Don't slander me; I'm not like a mute eunuch. Most of the time, I was the one leading Cote around; he was the real fool, often just my echo."
"Crude, like an animal that grew up in the forest, like a savage." Lania had no intention of letting Lind off and deliberately ignored the self-explanatory addition he made.
She continued her impression of Lind, "And like those impatient boys, you often sneaked peeks at ladies' thighs, from the washing maids to the cooks."
